  2. Cheers Mate, I'll ask Nemisizx (Paul) and see if he will drive down together. Will keep you posted mate:-)
  3. Yeah, I might just come along to this, 2 hour drive to Boxhill but sounds fun. I loved the convoy this Sunday and would love to do that again, how many are attending mate?

  6. " Is there much of a difference between the two colours when you lift the bonnet Chris? " Yep, a big difference, if I remember right it was silver/grey in the bay. I took a targa off for a better look and the spray was done OK but it was clear its a respray. Its also a very, very bright colour, almost Luminous yellow !!
  7. This car is for sale just a minute away from where I live, I posted a couple of pics on a previous thread about it. I lifted the bonnet and its a re-spray. Its a nice car but not original. The car pitch have had about 3-4 zeds in the last 6-8 months for sale, all of them went for around 6-7K here's the two photos I posted previously. if anyone wants further details I would be happy to help, the guys who are selling it know me well!
  8. Happy Birthday, cheers!
  9. Love this Zed, great looking car mate.
  10. Hey Lee, what everyone doesn't know is that on the return leg of your journey to help out Ted, you and Laura took even more time out to call into my place and help me resolve the HID light problem I was having. Truly incredible that a chap would give up a bank holiday weekend to go out and help out others who are struggling with their Zeds. You are a gentleman and quite frankly a wizard when it comes to Zeds and I want to Thank you sincerely for all the effort and advice you put in to helping us mere mortals with our Zeds. Not many people have the knowledge never mind the time to help others the way you do.thank you so much mate. With the help and advice I get from the friends I have made on this forum, coupled with the superb work you do on the car, well, I intend to be a Zed 32 owner for life!! Thanks Man.
  11. Personally, knowing Garry as I do, I would hold fire on any rash statements or action. Garry has provided many exemplary cars with absolutely no problem to several club members here in the recent past and I am 100% sure he will go out of his way to help Chris resolve this issue amicably. Chris, I totally sympathise mate, I hope you and Garry keep up an open discussion and let Garry do what he does best, sift through all the importation issues and help find a solution, i'm sure he will want to sort this all out as much as you do I guess. Hope it all gets sorted out soon for you Chris and you can get on with enjoying your Zed mate. She looks great.
  12. I'll second that. Top chap all round, helps zedders above and beyond :-)
  13. And now for something completely different......
  14. Ha ha I would be happy just tootling round anywhere Craig, anyways, after a wee spin out in the sticks tonight one of my bloody HID lights have gone t**ts up, I may have to hold fire myself as I want to find time to sort it first . I have just ordered New bulbs and ballast but waiting on delivery confirmation. Let's see what's happening on Sunday evening and go from there mate.
  15. Just wondering if anyone might wanna meet up on Bank Holiday Monday for a spin round the Fens? If anyone fancies a leisurely informal meet I'm game. Never really explored the fen roads but they look a lot of fun. Late morning meet up and a drive out to a pub/cafe/POI for a break and back home afternoon? Just seeing if any Eastern zedders are out and about on Monday for a few hours.
  16. it's still looking like a lot of times going to be spent just sitting around and drinking etc.. Could get messy I shall report back about the event anyway.. Now that's one report I am looking forward to, I can just see it " so, after the seventh bottle of bud, the litre of Jack n Coke and the 5 tequila slammers, I lost my mate, my tent and my Zed" .......LOL :-)
