hiya bud - the way i done it: remove door panel (obviously!) & behind is a mounting bracket that the speaker fits in, the outside of the bracket is about the same size as a 6x9 speaker. I cut the inside of the bracket out with an angle grinder, then rewelded the 2 skins together again to give it strength. mount the speaker. you will then have to cut the door panel to fit over the speaker, & mount the speaker grille to the door panel. looking back - it may be easier to do away with the origional mount & make up a MDF mount instead (changing rooms stylee!!:D ) its not too bad to do tho.

Best to pressure bleed really - or use a mity-vac with fluid reservoir to draw it out.

Oil - Do we change too often?
but its peace of mind really, esp on an older high performance car. cars in the states now are good for 50k between oil services!!! our mercs at work are often 20-25k+ i still do mine at 3k! thats why fully synth oil is really overkill. use a decent semi - synth. imo

Bloody Hell.....
o2 sensors are in the exhaust, one each side, just after the turbo's iirc. you can check that they are working by going into diagnostic mode 2 on the ecu. check the manual for details

Thinking of buying - advice please
dont know about rust, iv got 1 tiny speck of rust on my o/s t-top (of all places!), main body & underside is totally rust free. I do all my own work, so running costs for me are quite low (no labour costs). depends how lucky you are i guess, a few on here have had some major probs recently which are costly. so far, most of my costs have been down to servicable items which you would expect to change aprt from the PTU (ignition amplifier) that went just a few weeks after i bought the car - there was a bit of an epedemic on these at that time !!! or go-faster goodies ;) joining here is gonna save you ££££££'s, there are a few traders forums set up now where you can get 2nd hand parts, servicing & repair work done, tuning goodies, ICE & security etc. so check them out if you need anything. for most standard parts there is courtesy nissan in the states. most parts are 1/2 price or even less compared to main dealer prices in the UK. If you find a nice clean one to start with, your obviously gonna save yourself money & hassle long term, so dont get a dog thinking you can do it up to save a few quid. in short, if you want a zed & to be part of this place make sure you've got the following: deep pockets a good sense of humour a high level of tolerence a blatent disregard towards safety & the enviroment the ability to talk utter bollox (optional :D )
