  1. have to agree with johnboy, its only once you come back home to England from the good ol' US of A that you realise how much this place truly sucks!!!!! go to eat in america & your treated like a member of your waiter/ress's family, friendly chats, cant do enough for you, nothing seems too much trouble, no matter what you ask for. over here you get your food chucked on the table as the waitress runs past at speeds close to our zeds. & if you ask for a drink as they pass (whilst avoiding eye contact with anyone in thier path) its just like youve asked them for the impossible oh & we have to pay about ten times as much to eat out. oh and pay for refils on soft drinks/ tea/ coffee. oh & you dont get to "eat all you can". what a rip off  rant over!! :D I need to book my next holiday to america soon

what was the alternative tho? lose the site altogether. or maybe the internet pixies would have paid for it? :) like Gio, I havnt been here that long really, but I must say I think its all coming together now, it went a little quiet to start with but now its just as mad as ever imo I gotta admit, I first thought, why should I have to pay to use this place, its the internet, free access for all. trouble is someone somewhere has to pay for the hardware, software, bandwidth etc. so really £20 seems very reasonable, esp when you think how much finding this place has prob saved you!
  9. Yup, brabus is the daddy of engine transplants, holds the record for fastest saloon, estate & 4x4 i believe. got thier brochures in at the mo as were in negotiations to be a brabus dealer. (whoo hoo!! :D ) The new AMG 55 SL is AWSOME, 0-60 out accellerates the new Lambo!! the older 129 series SL, in AMG form was again the AMG 55, the SL500 AMG was just kitted up. still a very nice car. oh, and as for it being an auto, merc cant make a decent manwell box for toffee!!! (& SL's are only available as auto anyway)

  21. lol! seriously, its not unusual for companies to charge for disposal of waste products, as the cost of getting them removed has risen a lot over the last few years due to new disposal regulations, although £12 is very much ripping the arse out of it.
  22. its not unusual for them to crush with that type of tool, just keep the pressure on & it will unscrew.
