  11. I remember a few years back, a sierra (which was a taxi) come in for an MOT, it failed on a few items including front shock absorbers & a front wheel bearing. the owner decided to have the shocks done at Kwick Krap cos they were cheaper, but to have the rest of the mechanical work done by us. so off he went, had them fitted, & come back for the wheel bearing etc to be done. my mate who was doing the job, went to undo the pinch bolt that holds the hub to the shock absorber, & it just broke off - with very little effort. he took the broken bit of bolt out to find that they had sheared it off when doing the damper & just stuffed it back in the hole with exhaust paste!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
