1) fit mods 2) does it go quicker?? if yes -> 3, if no -> 4 3) mods made a difference. end 4) mods made no difference. end :D :D :D i agree with Tim, unless your having some serious remapping done, its a waste of time & money. & also also puts your engine under unessaccary strain.

cant help with the make, but the bit its bolted to is the air mass sensor, O2 sensors are in the exhaust. & no, it doesnt ness mean a chip is fitted, you will have to remove & open up the ECU to check - if its got a chip in a socket rather than all being soldered to the board then chances are its been chipped :)

that was the exhaust nuts - not mine btw!!! :D

when i done mine, it took me 1/2 hour of gentle heating of the nuts to remove them. they would of sheared for sure without this.

unless the flywheel is heavily grooved, im sure it would bed in ok - might be worth just replacing the clutch plate if in doubt. Good luck!! :)

uprated clutch & lightweight flywheel? ;) crankshaft rear main oil seal, gearbox mount, gear lever bushes?

not IME. loading up a worn bearing is much more likely to make the noise more apparent, without any pressure on the clutch, there is going to be very little, if any, pressure & contact with the clutch cover.

bearings, syncos & seals/gaskets as a matter of course i would say - other worn parts as ness after inspection.

i think thats the bush that goes in the hub your talking about - it could also be the Hicas link arms worn thats giving you the play - check to make sure your replacing the right part!!!!!

viper is right - if it was the clutch release bearing, it would make a noise when the clutch pedal is depressed - if it goes when pressing the pedal its prob gonna be spigot bearing broken up in the end of the crank or input shaft bearing worn in the gearbox

done loads (not on zeds) - there really not that bad, as long as you remember where all the bits go!!! :D

yup, 1 usb modem & 1 or more micro filters & your online - dead simple. just need to setup your account details with whatever ISP you use. :)
