  2. as far as the MOT is concerned, the fog lamp must be fitted to either the Centre or O/S of the vehicle. dont forget you also need a light on the dash to let you know its on HTH:)
  3. [pedant] the vacuum is created within the engine, not by the turbo's. ;) [/pedant]

if youve got a uk car, then it will have no front fogs, so they need to be wired in, also the indicator is in the same place as the sidelights, so you need to change the wiring for the seperate indicators. just done it myself too you see :D
  8. i too have the Mongoose sys. kept the cats for the same reason you want too, dont want to risk the tubs going, when i can afford a pair of hybrids ill bin em :D
  9. if there not too deep, then you could try getting some cutting compound (like polish but more abrasive) to get them out. other wise as bob says, there are many places such as chipaway that will do local repairs instaed of whole panels. where abouts are you??

2 screws then it slides back towards the engine. dont know how much stock ones cost, i fitted a JWT filter for $100 from courtesy ;)
  17. Hmm, mine too has only just passed her test, i would not want her driving it. nothing to do with not trusting her really, she's just not had the experience & would not want her to have a 400bhp car under her control - could be potentially fatal!! (esp if she scratched it!! :D ) all IMHO too
  18. PTU is the usual suspect when this happens sometimes it will start again once its cooled down if it is this.
  19. your right, Nah........... mine looks better ;) :D

  23. like paul said - boost jets is your cheapest option you also need to get your ecu chipped, JWT or SE are the safest for uk fuel also get a decent boost gauge so you know your not running at 20psi!! the stock ones crap. around 1 bar, 14 psi or there abouts is max on stock turbos
  24. LOL!! then dont fit that!! seriously though, is there an air temp sensor on a zed?? as it has an Air Mass Sensor, its usually internal in this. (dont know for sure - cant be arsed to check ) :D
