What a Joke
Bazz, You can get the case switched back to your home court, it is not the defendant that decides where its held but the Plaintiff, unless of course they are on 'benefits' which I doubt if she was driviing a VW Tourag. Go back down to your local county court and tell them you wish it to be local.

nzr. nikon 7600 or nikon L1 digital camera?
The L1 is a great camera and its got the biggest optical zoom but in all fairness anything with Nikon stamped on it will be absolutely fine. I use a Nikon SLR and its awesome. Get the L1 and enjoy.

Compression Test
You should always do compressions tests wet & dry and make sure you pull the fuel pump fuse. The difference between the 2 tests will tell the condition of your piston rings.

WOW Buying from US Saves loads.
I'm surprised. Jimmer bought some followers from the States and paid for Airmail. Two weeks went by and I contacted the seller for tracking info. It was purchased on the 3rd Feb and flew out of O'hare airport, Chicago the same day. It arrived at the Royal Mail, Patchway on the 5th of Feb where we collected after paymenton of Import Taxes on the 21st of Feb. The Royal Mail had not bothered to tell us and they told me that if it was not claimed within 21 days, they would return it to the sender. I asked why they had not informed us about it turning up and they said that Customs & excise should do that, which of course they don't. At the Royal Mail, Patchway they sounded as tho' they don't give a f**k, and probably don't send things back at all, but it somehow dissappears under the pretence of being sent back. A right load of w*****s.

Got My Zed!!!!
In answer to your question regarding the sterio you will have to get an aerial adapter and an electrical wiring adaptor to allow a new sterio to fit straight in the Zed. All good in car entertainment suppiers should sell them, they are also occasionally on Ebay, sadly not at the moment.

help needed on split rims
I took mine Enkei split wheels to be refurbished and they reckon that if you split them, it causes a lot of problems when trying to reseal them. The difference in price between to split or not to split was £120 per wheel.

slow to warm up
If the matrix is not leaking why not try and flush it through, if possible that is. If your engine coolant is clean, and you have never suffered a headgasket failure, which would put crap in the system, then try it. Also is the valve which controls the flow of water to the matrix working properly.

Totally pi55ed off with zed's
I know they are b******s when they start playing up, but usually it is something simple when they are popping and banging. The connector to the CAS unit is one area that we seem to forget but it does corrode and cause misfires and bad starting. Take the connector off and clean both sides (cable and CAS unit). Usuallt doea the job.

What the cops get in Italy!
Must be a four seater, long wheelbase, turbo diesel version.

slow to warm up
If the car has had a top end bypass (pipes removed under the plenum) they do run cooler and take longer to warm up, but definitely check your thermostat.

doing things sensibly
I would also be tempted to run an ECU diagnostics check to make all is OK. The most common problem which some are not aware of when first owning a zed is the knock sensor. Because the car still goes damn well in safety boost they think everything is OK. If all is OK you should get a code 55.

The Zed That Never Was..I'm Mortified
I would advise both of you to get in touch with the Trading Standards Department local to the trader involved, who will also tell you your rights and also if there are other cases in process. If so they would be interested in your details as well, as you would be able to contribute to their prosecution. They will also tell you the best way to proceed.
