I'm not with it At the moment but this is how it is from previous photos They follow like this (I have repaired the cut wire to make it complete) The wiring goes as follows Red from connectors > 2 wires (1 black 1 white) > 1 white wire (assumed 1 wire was needed and wires needed extending anyway) > abs sensor wires All wiring was tested before hand to make sure the wires were good from the connector itself..

Don't have a wiring diagram went off the wire colours in the guide and they matched, yes temporarily till I get it working and yes plugged back into the housing for testing Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

This is my wiring. Each white wire coming from the abs group and spliced into the coloured wires using these screw connectors.. There are 4. Image looks like three but fourth is hiding behind the top one.. any ideas?

I have an issue, I am adamant I've installed it correctly but obviously not. So following the instructions from that guide I have successfully wired the unit into injectors, rpm, ignition and ground, the issue is with the abs wiring. I am sure I have wired it correctly but do not get any wheel speeds when in the laptop... I ran the misfire test to check the injectors cut as they should and they do, I have an rpm reading in the graph that correlates with revs, but no wheel speeds at all even though I'm sure I've wired it up right ☹️ Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It came up very cheap for me so I snatched it as soon as I could because the units are very sought after. In my mind it's just a safety feature, if I hit a puddle and get caught out or something of that nature I'm sure you saw Dans tragedy not so long ago and he swears if he had his unit installed it would've been saved Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Ah! After studying your photo Andrew I have determined where I was getting stuck. The ABS wires appear to have be re-done by the previous owner Not following the correct colours with the guide.. is there any chance that you know which pin is the right colours for the guide? Red/green/Yellow/Blue?

So took the Z out to try catch the sunset at Ogmore! Great location!

After trying to follow the manual i can't be confident that everything is as should be as to me its seems there are discrepancies.. i think ill have to find someone to install it for me :/

Black curled wire - Ground? External from the original wrapping? Assuming red to red? Think goes to Ignition source? On the injector wires, assuming just need to reconnect if this is the injector wiring like I think, there's only 4 wires? Should there be 6? The the main wires are just cut like in that photo. Then there are spare wires which seem to be extensions of the injector wires? Oh I do hate wires ?

Will Post photos of the harness and the points of doubt i have! I found that guide and it seems easy to follow - providing the wiring is okay and matches it

Yeah, I've contacted Jimmer and he is able to providing the harness isn't hacked up (which i don't think it is) but isn't available for at least three weeks and by then, ill be having to head back to university for final exams - ultimately if there isn't any other options then i will go with Jimmer, I'm trying to see what else is out there as well

Hi all, About 6 months ago i bought a second hand race logic traction control system and i am looking to get it installed/install it. The harness appears to be in good condition, with minimal cutting in its removal by the previous owner bar a few wires, and a full write up is available on how to install the unit but the only issue i have is not being 100% sure that the harness is as it should be and with my lack of electrical knowledge i thus would not want to self-install without assurance it is all as it should be and then can follow the guide easily.. Ive tried to find complete wiring diagrams to follow to make sure everything is as should be but cannot find much. Anyone with the unit or who has experience with the unit would be massively appreciated who can help me 1) determine the wiring is all setup ready to go or 2) help me install the unit? I can offer some cash for your services and cups of teas.. Im located in Wales, a mile away from Cardiff Rhys

So had the Z in a gearbox place for three weeks, getting bearings replaced and they said a new first shaft was needed or something like that. Long story short they couldn't source the part so sourced a refurbished gearbox and installed for the same price I was quoted!
