Zed Specialist London??
Know what you mean but atm Zedworld and Essex are the closest reliable ones. I'm sure D2 are good also but I've never used. Useful to know just in case. Someone also mentioned Silverbullet in Ascot but I don't know if Zeds can be booked in to his garage/workplace or whether it's a private jobbie.

Thanks ianl, thanks Sudesh - as I said, nearly 12 years behind the wheel of a Zed and still learning. One day, a Zedi master, I will be

 Brilliant. Look at these pics and I can see exactly what you mean. Look at the thickness of the ridge running along the key blade both sides. When I get them cut, I'll give it a test and report back. Ta. @ Gary - no idea what you're on about matey - all zeds are special :whistling: :D

The master (titanium and black) open driver door, glove compartment and boot - plus ignition. The valet (red) just does driver door and ignition so when you get out at the Oscars and hand the keys to the car-monkey in the dinner jacket to go and park it for you, he can't open the glove compartment and tailgate. So he can nick the car but not the travel sweeties and condoms.

Just arrived in the post today. Bargain. From the same guy as the watch. Now the key point is how to get the valet (red) cut correctly from the master (black). Hey ho, 12 years with these cars and still finding new things I don't know :)

And here's why not to buy a 2+2 TT propshaft from the US  like wot I did.- Zed Specialist London??
There's a guy out near Stondon Massey. You could ask Mr. F if he's taking on any more work. It's not exactly East London but when I can't get to Zedworld, that's where I go.- Daughters car hit!
Hope I'm not doing any grandmother/suck eggs stuff but this is the type of kit I mean when talking about a jig http://www.blackhawk.co.uk/uk/uk_homepage.html It's not available in every bodyshop but is, IMHO, essential if you want to eliminate any chassis damage. A side impact into a light convertible by a heavier saloon, for example. Best of luck and hope it gets sorted with minimal hassle.- Some wise words
Oh FFS :rofl: :D- Daughters car hit!
Sorry to see that Gary. Glad she's OK. You'll never know what chassis movement there has been unless you get it jigged - which a reputable insurance bodyshop should do but always worth checking. Having bought a Zed back and repaired it after something similar (but worse), not sure it was worth the hassle. If they offer the insured value, I'd take the money and get a new one.- Rear fogs
What a nice man :thumbup1: Ta.- Rear fogs
Have mine been despatched yet or are they in this batch? :sweatdrop:- this the correct for conzult?
I bought something similar and it worked OK but only with a laptop that had an RS232 socket. It didn't work with the USB adapter.- final got him then!
Here are some things which the Mayans believed Loads more fascinating stuff about the Maya here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maya_civilization#Astronomy http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maya_religion Oh and by the way, the new age nonsense about the Mayan calendar prophesying the end of the universe in Dec 2010 is just that: wibble. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mayanism http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2012_phenomenon You can tell it's a Bank Holiday and I really should be working, can't you? :D Never let a little research get in the way of an opinion!- final got him then!

So as part of my continuing battle to improve s/n ratio, here are some fairly well grounded statements. quotes from BBC Obituary so not exactly conspiracy theory hushed up by the government. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-middle-east-10741005 Multimillionaire's son goes to university, falls in with extremists, inherits millions, goes to Afghanistan and fights the baddies (hooray) part funded by the champions of freedon (hooray). USA moves into Saudi to to get Iraq out of Kuwait (hooray) and this turns the extremist idiot into terrorist nutcase because while it's OK for the USA to help the anti-Russians, apparently it's not OK for them to be in Saudi, let alone, horror-of-horrors, some of them are women. That doesn't, by the way, turn him into a CIA-funded agent helping the US dominate the world's oil. GWB may have been a dangerous f*ckwit but not even he would have been that stupid to get two planes driven into the WTC. And that, btw, is far from Osama's only outrage. Idiot. The world is better for his passing.- final got him then!
It's well known that many statements starting "it's well known" are not perhaps well-founded in fact. Until Copernicus, it was "well-known" that the sun went round the earth.- final got him then!
They buried him at sea so George W Bush can dance on his grave.- Opinion on the RX7 and RX8's?
OK but why can't the Germans make indicators that work?- RIP Henry Cooper

RX-7 mileage http://www.fuelly.com/car/mazda/rx-7 16 - 22mpg RX-8 mileage http://www.fuelly.com/car/mazda/rx-8 15 - 23mpg- What would you give for this?
And there's more: ASC History including Another thread http://www.aspeedracing.com/showthread.php?t=11923 and If you look round at all the hard-top convertibles that are now on the market, maybe the ASC 300ZX can be criticised for a) being ahead of its time and b) not in my garage. Oh, and as for the colour which looks insanely wonderful in the US sunshine The series of pics in the aspeedracing thread show just how good it can look (and include yet another side on shot with the roof up): Nice car or spawn of the devil?- What would you give for this?
really? It cost $820,000 to develop and later when the same company did it with the GTO3000, they sold less than 2,000 http://www.3000gtspyder.com/ An informative thread on the car try here http://www.aus300zx.com/forum/showthread.php?t=302057 Here's another ASC triumph I found one ref (but not confirmed yet) that says ASC also did all the 300ZX convertibles... - Propshaft stage 2 failure
