viscious fan
Dont get rid of the viscous fan i know a few d1 drift guys have done a twin fan conversion and had overheating problems and know have converted back to the viscous as well .The minimum hp gain 2/3 from doing this conversion is not worth risking killling a expensive engine .I know they sound crap but live with it .

coolant level
Yes there is a over flow in the neck of the expansion bottle at the top where the neck goes through the inner wing.If you remove the arch liner you can see a max and min level stamped on the bottle to drain you have to remove 3 10mm bolts and 1 spring clip for over flow pipe from rad .If expansion bottle is full you may have a faulty rad cap or worn rad neck.

rolled arches[flares]
Has any one had there arches rolled so far as to make a flare on the arch . I know you have to becareful as to how far you go with the arch roller before you split the paint heat needed.I like this drift look low with wide rear wheels or big spacers or low offset wheels - ofset is good.

underdrive pulley
When looking at high performance engines such as those found in Honda VTEC equipped cars and the S2000, it is obvious that manufacturers do understand the benefits of reducing engine inertia, and have utilized lightweight pulleys to help the power output and responsiveness without the use of a harmonic balancer. However, this is not the case for all engines, many of them do require the use of the harmonic balancer to prevent failure. Skylines with the RB20, 25 and 26 are a good example of this, which is why we don't make a pulley kit for them. The pulley kits we do make are for engines that do not rely on the balancer to any significant degree. Taken from sxoc

underdrive pulley
I'd say be aware that removing the original front pulley which is a harmonic damper, MAY make your bottom end more prone to failing, depending on how good the original balance is (basically it absorbs vibration caused by imbalance). If used as part of a full build with proper balancing these pulleys are fine Taken from the sxoc forum.

chaning gear/dif oil
Ive done gearbox mt90 undo bottom plug with a half inch bar or rachet making sure first you can get the side filler plug out before draining oil. This oil will gush out fast make sure you have a big container.Let drain for 10 mins then refit bung .Filling from the side some gearbox oils has a tube to fill mt90 is just a bottle so a brought a syringe with long tube from machine mart £10 made job easy .I belive rear diff is the same principle as gearbox.

underdrive pulley
Nissan built this engine with performance in mind .I cant see how a the factory pulley can deteraite over time the rubber is incased in the pulley .This problem come from the 200sx forum ca18det and sr20det lots of cases of big end knock with cheap ebay lightend pulleys.
