On swb its behind the expansion bottle under inner wing .its an emision thing you can get rid of it i think.

Just been looking at the uk pearl yellow zed on ebay and its yellow under the bonnet it looks like a factory job i could be wrong ebay Item number: 120038987118 .

Ok so what is the paint code for a uk yellow zed if you can get one im still confused. :confused:

Ive seen a uk car on ebay stating its a rare pearl yellow is this the same as the jap eh7 pearl glow yellow or a diffrent colour .Ive seen a few zeds in yellow and the look like a dull yellow mine is a bright pearl im confused thanks taff.

I thought i read somewhere that zed 32s came with forged con rods as standard is this right if so what sort of hp can they take.

As for fitting a na subframe to a tt hicas car it can be a nightmare removing the balljoints in the alloy hubs when you do remove them without destroying the alloy rear hubs you need a set of na rear toe arms and some bushes to fit in place of the balljoints this is the ideal way .But if your inner rack ball joints under the rack gaiter are in good shape and your hub side ball joints are in good shape a lock bar should do the same job.

I fitted a hks rad cap which ive had no problems with .Watch out for cheap ebay copies /greddy /nismo/apexi/ there not worth the risk.

Im prety sure them bolts will come out with the wheel of and with a breaker bar ive never known them to totaly sieze .As for adjustable rear upper arms try driftworks £150 avoid ebay, quality can be dodgey[bearings welds etc].

Bin it and lock it up check inner and outer ball joints most are worn if they are you will still have play at the rear even with a lock bar. :cool:

Most time attack and track day cars have a switch to turn the abs system off on track .for road use id leave it on.

3mm\5mm\6mm are the only safe slip on spacers you can use with standards studs .You can use any size bolt ons with the orginal studs.Driftworks do a good kit with detachable rings for various combintions .

Front or rear ?

Ive fitted 255 on 8" rims before 265 should be ok .Id go 255 rears and 235 front .You could aways use a 15mm bolt on spacer all round with them offsets aswell to push the rims out from inside the arches maybe a 20mm bolt on .Driftworks do a bolt on spacer kit with interchangable widths its on there website you can try diffrent variations.

No the s13 floor pan is a totaly diffrent shape to the z32 floor ive got a bride seat subframe in mine ordered through apex performace there not cheap £120 ,6 weeks from japan i have the bride part number for drivers side if you need it.

Just had car jacked up with the wheels of the ground no play anywhere when i lower the car on its wheels and someone rocks the steering loads of play in the bottom uj where it bolts to the rack .I dont think ill be changeing the rubber ring its a nitemare to get to like said with engine in .Ill have to order a new uj from nissan, there seems alot of wear for a 80k car thanks for your help guys.

Thanks what sort of a job is it to change that rubber ring with a metal one thanks taff.

Just looking throw past posts and found this anybody no how to adjust free play in the rack.[changed my rack with another 2nd hand rack for what I thought was free play in the rack....only to find out the rack can be adjusted]

Thanks guys checked lower uj cant find much play in it looking at that pic it looks like there is a rubber ring where it goes threw the firewall is this the same as the 200sx metal one the drift boys use .I have checked the mounting bushes onto crossmember and rack feels nice and tight any ideas could it be the rack itself.thanks taff :)

I think its free play if the rock the steering the front wheels dont move its about 20mm, passed that the wheels move .

Is eh7 pearl glow yellow avalible from nissan in the uk as a touch up i heard it wasnt only in the us .My nissan dealer can get import parts so i dont see why they cant get touch up paint .If not does any one know of a simular colour avalible of the shelf the reason im asking is that ive had my rear arches rolled and flared and the inside lip has lost its paint now .i dont now if eh7 pearl glow was a uk colour or not its a 3 stage paint what ever that means thanks taff.
