I did once see a slicktop 2+2 in the US. The conclusion we can to about a year ago here was that it was a custom job. I do remember that Z.] ------------------------------------------------------------------------ I know this was not a factory car but would be intresting to see a pic of a 2x2 slicktop .It also says they produced 200 slicktops a year in japan.
  2. I run 9" rears with a 20mm bolt on spacer no problems a have rolled arches on the back with a +35 offset with a 255 tyre.If you fit rear upper camber arms you can pull the tyres under the arches more with camber.
  3. Just got a HKS t piece to fit a hks water temp gauge was going to fit in the top hose but i looked at the hose and it has no straight runs in it loads of bends .has any one fitted one to the top as this is a more acurate reading than the bottom hose .thanks :cool:
  4. Ive asked this loads of times, rs do inverters but im not sure of the part number and nissan parts department havent got a clue what im talking about.

  6. Any one know the diffrence between 11b and 11c isnt the heat range the 11 part. thanks taff.
  7. New adjustable top camber arms cant be that hard to replace .easier than fitting new bushes.It will need alligment setting up after.

  10. My mate who works at a motor factors got me some plugs for my zed but im noy sure if they are the right ones there PFR6B-11 laser platinium premium .Im a bit worried theres no b after the 11 are they ok.thanks taff.
  11. Yes same part mate its the arm at the top .Your better of buying adjustable top camber arms[£180] fitting new bushes are a bit of a pain .I dont think you will feel any play in them they need the load the car to knock.
  12. Have bought a new genuine HKS mushroom element .I ordered a new one and its got 3 layers, foam rubber and foam it says dry on the pack im sure my old one isnt like this . i wonder if they have changed the design to keep water out of the air flow meter.
  13. Expansion bottle is mega money from nissans about £100 its in 2 bits the bottle and the filling spout which pulls out of the bottle the tube which goes to the rad filler neck is standard rubbber tubing.

  16. Rubbish mate get a carbing front and a cusco rear.Cheap bars tend to flex.
  17. Watch out for worn syncros 4th and 5th its a common fault on z32 boxes .

Most lock bars use the standard arms and balljoints [under the gaiters ]and use the stock balljoints which are pressed into the alloy rear hubs .But i think se nissan [nistec]made some one off lock bars which done away with the standard rods and use rose joints and new rods , theres a pic on here somewhere of one i think it was for sale.
  19. Not me mate mines off the road for winter work /stater motor /steering uj and roof trims.I think ive seen this zed in ipswich its a flat yellow not a pearl.

  21. Greddy [GREX] do one for the z32 i had one when it came over from japan its shorter than the standard one dont know why .Pitwork do one as well. :cool:

Kazzama are good and come with caps to cap pipes some dont .They are around £80-£100 driftworks did sell them but they dont have them on there site anymore im sure a trader on here can get on for you.Bascically a bar is just a bar theres not much to them.Make sure your hub end joints are ok or you will still have play .
  23. S14 use disc to operate the handbrake and zeds use a drum internaly in the disc im sure the lug on the bearing on the zed locates on the backplate of the handbrake mec .S14s use diffrent driveshafts as well they use a r200 diff .I dont think they will fit.

    If its an after market high flow pump some are noisey from new.If its a standard one it need changing.

My mate from autoglass has removed my roof trims without bending or breaking too many clips they are now rubed down to there chrome finish.I managed to keep the rubber intact .Does anyone know what primer to use and what top coat to use id like near factory orange peel finish some body recomened rubberised paint .The only one i know who was done this is pk1 bit i cant find what he used on his .THANKS TAFF. :cool:
