I think you will need a diffrent resistor than normal because you have a 300k clock face.Could be some dry solder joints on the circuit board .

Hi mate Oil pressure gauge low reading is common on zeds mine does the same .It can be fixed with a new sender but a after market gauge is the best opotion .Your speedo sounds like a after market one from japan either MINES or NISMO they dont normally have 300k speedos i recon your gearbox senders knackered .I paid £550 for a cam belt change i had all other belts done and both idlers and tensioner changed as well and a new thermostat .

Was thinking of having the optional nissan rear spats made in fibreglass i have a pair of rears for a swb can anyone confirm these will fit the lwb model as well i was told the rears are diffrent for the swb but im not sure .May be able to get a few sets made as a non profit project.Im going to see the fiberglass fabricator in the new year has anyone done this .

What about D2 or K sport coilovers about £400 a set i think apex performance are k sport dealers.

The cable ties only stop them spining and dislocating when suspension travel rises .They work fine. I maybe a chav actualy i got some burberry after shave for christmas :rofl:

Ive cable tied cut springs in before they have seated ok .Im not saying its ok but they have allways gone through the mot this was on a 200sx not a 300zx.

I know on other nissan big end shells they have S stamped on them for standard if they havent its had a crank grid and you need to get the crank mic,d up.It maynot be the same for the zed engine i know it works this way on the ca18det and sr20det engines.

Swb and LWB exhaust are diffrent so beware.

As for power increases with electric fans expect 1-3 hp if any doubt you will notive to be honest.

What width wheels are you talking about fitting 285 tyres to i have 9" rears with 255 and the fit good wont any larger bulge past the wheel rim.I also run 9" wheels on the front with a 225 tyre to not too steched fit fine.

I like them better without the pinstripes.Are they not avalible from nissan without the black pinstripes.Or can pinstripes be removed from the standard 99 spec nissan rear lights.

I made the mistake of going to halfords for import bulbs after the sales guy looked at the import bulb blankly he told me main dealer only which stupidly i went to £25 each brought one which seeded alot brighter than the old one so i brought another £50 for 2 bulbs .I know there cheper on ebay and you can convert to uk spec but i couldnt be bothered to convert .I wont be buying from nissan again robbing *******s. :mad:

No worries mate theres a meet once a month at the white hart pub in copford it meant to be the sxoc meet but my mate is the chairman and doesnt mine other jap cars going ill let you know when the next meet is .I think youve spoke to my mate he knows your car he has a drift spec s13 200sx in blue.Theres a few skylines etc at the meet as well.Cheers taff. :duffer:

Looking standard 2x2 grey k reg think it was a TT.

Ok yes ive thought about doing a na diff swap .I bought a second hand NA tomei machanical clutch type 2 way locking diff .But when i had the car up on the ramps i could see diffrent drive shaft couplings so i didnt bother i sold to a freind with a nissan ceferio for drifting it bolted straight on .Is it a r200 for NA r230 for TT or something like that.Dont na drive shaft have diffrent splines hub end and diffrent bolt pattern diff end 2 pairs of bolts instead of single bolts.Are TT drive shafts thicker as well.thanks taff.

But wont the tt diff bolt up onto the na frame and use the tt driveshafts and hub just press out the hub hicas joint and press in some bushes and use some na toe arms.

If it was fitted in japan it will probably be a Ms factory filter .They are made and supplied by KaN and rebadged with a Ms logo on the top and not a KaN logo.Ms factory is a japanese tuning company.

Yes they look like rx8 wheels not 350z wheels ,rx8s use a +50 offset if these wheels use the same offset they will be to far in the arches and will require 15mm-20mm spacers to look right.

Pretty foggy outside now must wire up a rear fog light on my zed soon is this an offence no having one fitted.

I know some wheels need tuner nuts slim nuts with allen key end [internal]my advans and trail tuning alloys use these nuts.
