Hi guys been doing my na subframe swap over the weekend . I'm sure I was told I only need the rear section from a na but this won't fit to the front of my tt silcktop . This prop was from a auto car is there a diffrence . I'm confused do I need a swb na manual complete prop of just the back section from na swb but a manual one thanks .

Hi does anyone have a complete na swb prop I need one desperately for my na rear end swap thanks. It's manual as well if that makes a diffrence .

Hi guys Doing a na subframe and diff swap on my slicktop at the moment . Just need to know which handbrake cable to use the na frame came of a lwb zx is it the rear part of cable diffrent between swb and lwb or is the front half that's diffrent thanks .

Got it today and a lwb is longer than swb so if any needs a white lwb filler cap in good condition you can have for what I paid £7 inc postage .

Hi just painted diff today gloss hamerite black but don't like it might strip it and respary it a Matt silver what have other people done and what paint do I use I take it factory colour is Matt black thanks .

My mate has his own windscreen company . I'm looking at getting a new screen in my slicktop he says he can get me bronze / bronze top tint screen on special order needs to be made for £250 plus fitting or a blue screen for £100 plus fitting . So it seems you can get bronze screens but there big money . Think I'll go for blue / blue uk screen .

It's ok thanks I have 2 lots of secondhand clips and springs was just gonna get new as having the backplates powder coated /conceptua tuning do them for £40 .

Yes looked on there site only rear pad clips not shoe clips and springs .

Still can't find hardware kit for rear brakes mjp say £55 plus vat I'm not paying that for a few springs and clips . Tried ebay no luck any other ideas thanks .

Oh dear thanks just ordered one off ebay doesn't say what it came of but I surpose it will be lwb bloody nissan .

Hi guys just a quick one is a swb and lwb the same petrol flap thanks .

Just wondered what the rubber blocks are for in the subframe had to remove these before blasting and powder coating there held in by 3 13mm nuts . Some say to do with vibration or damping . I read only fitted on manual car subframes . Just curious anyone know what theses do and do I need to refit them thanks .

Hi guys I've removed all the bushes from the alloy rear knuckes I've also split the hub part off the knuckle . Are these alloy knuckles factory painted black or are they bare alloy . I've tried cleaning them with wire brush and gunk but not come up that good . Just wondered if anyone had cleaned these up and what did they use thanks .

Are these not a bit harsh do they transmit noise from the diff into the car .

Also worn of warning don't throw away the factory bush cups from the nissan bushes as the energy suspension poly ones say reuse these cups .

Just a update on this took these out today 30 mins both sides . 1st set fire to bushes with blowtorch then let burn for 10 mins hit metal centre out of bush when alight .let burn some more then scrape all rubber away when alight put fire out but not with water while still hot hit bush metal casing with hammer and chisel untill it spins around in the housing and drift it out of the subframe .no cutting needed .

Hi can anyone tell me where to get new rear shoe clips and springs other than nissan thanks .

No sleeves all comes out and you left with a bare alloy hole where the bush was .ive done mine with a 2 sockets and strong course threaded bar and a air gun .

Ok thanks same hassle as subframe bushes then .

Hi guys any one advise on how to remove diff bushes from subframe before it goes of to powder coaters . I haven't got use of a hydraulic press can I drift them out with socket or such like, thanks .

Noticed there was a second hand zed for sale in that classified add for £28 k a year old, that's only deprecated 7k in a year .

Hi guys where do I get a pair of poly diff bushes for a na diff ones that fit in subframe thanks .

Hi today me and my mate removed subframe bushes from a na subframe also split the hubs from the alloy uprights . My question is will the tt alloy up rights bolt to the na hub carrier .i can't see any diffrence in the uprights . The reason being is the tt uprights I have have been polybushed .i know the tt ones will have a ball joint that will need moving where the hicas arm link to but that's no big deal . Anyone done this swap thanks Taff.
