2 zeds is plain greed mac!! Why you got another one?

I was taught as kid that smoking makes you look hard!!!:D Hasnt really worked for me though.

The car has got to be the main selling point, after a while you should get a reputation but initially you need something to pull em in either car or price. Theres a guy round here with a 206 cabriolet and hes run off his feet, and i dont think his lessons are cheap !!

Ive looked into this, have shopped around looking at different courses, they range from quite expensive to bloody extortionate have seen figures from £999 to £4k plus. The licence itself costs £200, there are 3 tests plus (a written, an examination of your ability to drive "properly" and an examination on your ability to instruct, where you have to instruct the examiner) the written is about thirty odd quid and the 2 others about 60 something. I answered an ad on the radio proclaiming to offer garunteed positions etc. The course £2500, but they seemed very pushy to get your money off you, so i backed away from this (the instructor college they called themselves) So then I did a little research on the web and found out about ORDIT, these are the DOT approved training centres and there are only about 30 nationwide. Amazingly enough even the AA are not DOT apprved to train driving instuctors!!! BSM are but their course is £3,500 !! There is no rule that says you have to have approved training or not, thus many of these so called "colleges" are springing up and they have very few guidelines to follow. I am of the oppinion that alot of these are selling themselves so hard to people as they know how little knowledge people have on them. Makes me wonder what sort of a sevice youd get from them once you'd parted with your cash!! So just be carefull not to get screwed. (financially i mean). I'll search for the links ive got and post em up for you. My next plan is to speak to my ex driving instructor, to see if he would undertake training me (though you have to bear in mind that he'll be training someone who will then become a competitor of his, so its a bit tricky). Its either that or the DOT approved route as I dont fancy being shafted for thousands. Good Luck

If its 2 seater it is not a UK car (they only did 2+2's) in the UK, apart from that it sounds good, but my best advice is take a person who knows a bit about zeds with you to see it (you should get a few volunteers from here).

Saw a good speeding tip on that Des & Mel programme, when they had Jim Davidson on it; What you do is keep all yout local newspapers, then if you get an N.I.P (notice of intended prosecution). Simply look in the paper in the obituary column and pick a person who died between the date you were caught and date you got the N.I.P then name them as the driver!!! I see no reason why this shouldnt work!!

A pic from a bit further away, you will need a torch so have a good look. (on your car, not on the pic!!!). Mines something to do with the water pump, either the hard to get to hoses or the pump itself. Zedworld here we come!

Try looking down here, mine leaks from this spot, but mainly after switch off.

Id sooner spend dollars than euros, but eitheir way we'd still be spending more of them and getting less. At least keeping the pound we have an exchange rate thus, making us one calculation away from knowing how much the british government likes to shaft us. Maybe they should ask that ****** terrorist with the hook for a hand what he thinks, considering the government are paying him £20k a year in benefits (some of which is disability benefit for blowing his hand off while making bombs to blow british people and buildings up!!). I for one dont mind it because; 1. When i first came on here i asked stupid questions and got very helpful answers, made me stick with 300's after the first went tits up. 2. I can answer some of the simpler questions, thus feeling that i can give a bit back, for the help ive recieved. 3. It all helps the post count!!! (Cant all afford the bribes like you Macca!!)

Mine had this, but i think something went a knacker with it as it had a relay bolted to the stereo cage which was fine but it upset the sony one so i tore it out in a paddy!!, plus i wanted all 5 brake lights to work, on alot of the conversions you lose the two inner brake lights.

And this bit i think you will kick yourself for; Im guessing youve got an auto, and that you put it into 1 or 2 to get the dash bits out then left it in 1 or 2 and tried to get the key out, and autos oly let you take the key out in park!!!! Thus you took the ignition apart for nothing sorry!!! As for the stereo connector you neeed a Nissan to ISO connector to put a normal head unit in you can get these from most good stereo shops (even halfords too!!) Failing that mail me your address and i can send you one as ive got a spare as i bought a new one as i thought mine was buggered, but it turned out to be the foglights stopping the radio working!!!

We too have holes in our drive where the old man gives it an over zealous hosing trying to remove oil patches left from a variety of cars!! Tried gunk once......made an even bigger hole!

I hit one in an astra on the A47 out peterbobro way once it darted out at the last second and as i didnt see it in front i thought it was a person at first (it was dark) luckily killed it on impact, went back to have a look, not very nice.

Isnt that because you smashed it to bits and put it back together again!!!;) ;) :p Also Red is common and blue is rare??? I thought tht till i went to the Brighton Meet!!! 22 Zeds and 2 red!!!!
