Yes, and if it is a '97 model then that's not the original bumper; it would be all one colour. Could be a TT. Looks lovely either way - interior just needs a clean.

As for an opinion: dark black looks good, but it won't go quite as well with the stock pinstripe.
It's a lightish grey, not black. The image Stephen posted doesn't make it easy to tell. Excuse the woman - it's actually hard to show in picture.
