Just looking at what OS to run on my incar pc. I was thinking windows 98/me just for speed of boot, but some of the software i wan to run wont run on less than windows 2000. The spec of the machine im looking at is around P3 750mhz 40gb hdd and 256 or 512mb ram s3 savage 8mb graphics Im planing on running datascan, some kind of satnav and mp3s/mp4s off the machine so what sort of boot time do you think id be looking at?

cheers guys, so if i open up the fill point should i see the oil level to that or what? If its loose enough i might just replace the oil in the diff anyways, something like 2.1liters that right? Royal purple or some motul stuff from oilman?

Also just done a search and it appears a few guys have disconnected the cooler completly? Any thoughts on this? Whats the best thing to use to block the outlet? Also anyone give me a clue how to check / change the oil in the diff?

WHile i was having my wheels balanced i noticed this leak from the rear drivers side of the car. Looks like some kind of oil cooler maybe? Just wondering what it is and how serious this leak is likely to be (never noticed any dripping from under the car)

Does anyone know the standard hub size in the zed? Just save me taking the wheels off as i can measure the hole in my alloy with the wheel on?

Would have thought thats not too bad for decats, but would be a bit cynical about it with the downpipes 2, not an informed opinon zed wise, but they lok decent enough from the picture

just had my wheels balanced and while the guy was taking off the front wheels he said i needed a bigger spiggot ring (some kind of rubbery thing?) Im guessing he was talking about something to make the hub fit the wheel better? But no idea really.. how much are these things and easy self fit?

think these are more based around co2 usage really, they are aimed at spraying across the intercooler, i think they probably would be good on hot days or if your limited on air through your coolers (bearing in mind youd need to kits for the zed unless you got a front mount) so for £700 think you could get more bhp/£
