Could someone Photoshop one of those ridiculous Subaru ones on to a zed you know the ones that look like blinds lol to me they just don't look right on any car unless you close your eyes lol

Ide be interested to see what it looks like without if someone works the photo shop magic I've seen some really nice looking zeds without spoiler but theyve had mad wide crazy camber wheels on back which I think helps and I'm unsure if they been swb or not as only been pictures. My first zed was an na totally stock no kit no spoiler and I liked that I think its just personal pref if you like it does it really matter what anyone else thinks.

Wouldn't worry bout it that shock looks more serious than what I was wafflin on bout if I was you ide be exercising my credit card and ordering some new shocks at least or coil overs there not as expensive as used to be, I wouldn't be drivin that either I had a shock break on a Toyota last year as I was going round a roundabout and the wheel bent under the car as I glided in front of an arctic scary stuff.

I would say the same but it's one of those things you never really know unless they have been tried I mean I wouldn't go buyin them just to save some money not when the build is already in high figures but I would be willing to throw some money in to having someone test the parts there must be someone on here that's always chopping and changing parts and likes trying new stuff. Interesting that someone started this thread that's what I logged on to do, I'm curious now every suspension part on mine is to be replaced with new and updated ajustable parts wholev9yards but I'm curious to know if anyone has tried front and rear control arms off a eBay now I know you usually get what you pay for and I myself have had some crap off eBay but at the same time had some very high quality stuff without needing take out a loan, and a lot of these parts are made in the same place out of the same material and re branded. Only just spotted this thread and interior I think you've all been a bit polite in the world of interior design would that col not be referred to as vomit yellow, I've seen some but even the tweed is 500times more desirable than this.

That's not far off what the insurance offered me when I crashed mine, and I did a value on my x5 recently and they offered me 1500 it's worth min 4000 they must screw some people silly.

Is it well you Carnt really tell till you have a look in flesh so to speak it's amazing what can be hidden in photos or not shown and it amazes me some peoples idea of mint excellent condition and fully serviced I got ripped off for a car last year still in dispute with garage or rather trading standards as garage won't even respond. In terms of a zed a few years ago would have seen you a decent one for 4K but prices have shot up for both tt and na and I haven't really seen anything that would be a real good buy in a while other than maybe upping your budget and going for an import.

Coppers haven't got who broke in just recovered a few things but nothing of big value so insurance dragging heels I would defo be interested in you having word with your mate I love old American muscle cars Plymouth Pontiac mustangs just to name a few my sisters after a Saturn for some reason her husbands from California he used to have a huge truck he wanted to take over but fuel mpg be mad not sure what it was but think was a 8.0 would it be I'm not sure was nuts anyway looked like a monster truck compared with our pick ups what's that in the pic dodge gmc ?.. If the pipes are still in place you have a fun job to remove but worth while in every way if you jack up actually you don't even need jack up if stock height on passengers side just behind wheel arch the hicas pipes run from front to rear I think there is two if I remember correctly they also run right up through engine bay from passenger side to drivers side where pot and solonoid sit you just need to trace them right back it is possible to trmovrvall with just basic socket set hack saw and loads of patience lol the higher u can getbyhe car the better 4axel stands would be best I only had two when did mine and was a very tight squeeze letvus know what u find you could try mark automodz for PS pump he may have one.

Best bet would be to get hold of an na power steering pump and pot and this will clear and clean up engine bay and no re route ingbis required I'm curious to know as I see the solenoid is not removed have the hicas pipes under the car from front to rear been removed ?..

Hi Art Its a friend who dosn't have the time nor is good with the internet who wants something nice he hasn't decided on car yet he's thinking silvia or skyline up to him anyway but i have said i would do all the leg work and I'm quite interested to be honest to see how the whole process works I did have little nosy about import agent. I see they add on around 600-1200 deoending on car etc so if I could save him this then obviously i would get something out of it, which site company did you use to get your car over here, and thats handy to know about the booking car for mot with engine number this i was not aware of so thank you ;). Got a mate thats looking in to importing something nice I was wondering if someone on here could recommend a reputable auction site and any information that he will need to know that isn't generally available by just googling I know there are plent of people on here that have done it before and prob still are so any information would be great cheers in advance.

Only just picked up this thread first time logged in , in months I remember seeing the car when i drove down to meet u and drop off and you took me round tp see the car in garage was still at its rolling stage all can say is lucky you were not still sitting in the car and I hope the lorry driver was properly insured so you can at least start again there may well be a slight silver lining as in been able buy car back for what is still usable plus getting full wack on what you due I will keep my fingers crossed for you hope it all works out the best way it can :)

Hi Stephen have you any pics of the car ?. discs and pads depends what your after you can get decent enough discs off ebay and use ebc pads just depends on whether your planning upping the power significantly I would advise if calipers are ok just a full set of discs off ebay with i think is it red stuff pads dont get drilled just go for grooved as the drilled ones tend to warp. also is yours an auto i presume have you considered converting it to a manual ?.. if your stuck with anything and need proper advive contact mark derby at automodz.co.uk he has a facebook page and i think a website now that u can email him on.
