Had a word with my dad, said goto maplins as they do a stick on aerial you can hide or go to a scrap yard and a get a rear screen aerial amplifier from a escort (probably get one from ford) and fit that to the rear window heater. Or you could try mounting a normal ariel up inside the rear/front bumper, reception should be ok if you get good grounding.

Search engines are complex, generally over time you will be picked up if your site is deemed relevent, You can contant each search engine seperately and have them add you, this will speed up the process. There are a few companies out there that will submit you to search engine http://www.omegadm.com/ is one, they are a client of mine.
