  1. yes but equipment is stored and also surveyers come at all hours to check out the work, just drive at 50mph ffs, its not going to kill you. I know someone who was nearly killed by a lorry hitting a cone because he was speeding and couldn't swerve in time..... its a bit different when it comes home like that mate.
  2. because there are extra obstructions on the road due to work, possibly JCB's driving or parked up, workers who need to enter and exit the work areas 24 huors a day. Road works are a factor of life, generally if the cones are out work is being carried out. and i drive the a13 which is a 3lane dual carriageway with a 30mph limit imposed by speed cameras, its annoying, but at least people arn't getting killed. if you think a camera is unfairly placed then call the police, if you don't do anything abuot it then don't shout about it.
  3. sorry nelson, but these are not police money making machines, they are there for the purpose of protecting road side workers, people driving through these areas at speed deserve to be prosocuted, roadside cameras for the protection of workers are perhaps the most justifiable of the whole bunch.

means they are in your buddy list :)
  17. more non coherent and childish than aggressive :) ok the history of the forum as far as I know... Craig and Nico ran it Nico dissapeared Craig ran it on his own hardware, which was crap and it was also on borrowed time on the network. Craig then bought new hardware and put it onto a better network the hardware broke so it went on a holiday to the USA for a few months on borrowed, then it came back onto borrowed hardware at the current UK network. We are currently waiting to purchase a new server so we can get it onto its final resting place :). The forum is now run by a commitee, it is no longer a forum, it is now a club, people are working hard to offer more to the members. anything more to add? this is very breif.
  18. nice very cool :)
