  9. This front bumper has really grown on me, I'm tempted to get my car resprayed this colour as well, it just looks lovely and clean, espeically with the tinted windows...... how close to that tint can i legally get? obviously i can't tint the front window
  10. o how long was it before I came up lmao
  11. keyboard bowlers, i have problems due to work and my dad going in for an operation on saturday near heathrow so i will have to pick him up probably, he's having a shoulder operation, maybe i should bring him along lol
  12. read my link, you arnt actually usually covered with gifts
  13. labour is cheap however, you can book your car into most Tony&guys and reularly top up your conditioner, most places recommend vidal sasoon.
  14. why is everyone getting mr2's? common problems on a 10+ year old mr2 1) Radiator pipes will derade and leak, not a problem on most cars but the mr2 rad pipes run the entire length of the car, they also run about the petrol tank, cost of pipes is about £300 and it takes about 6 hours to drop the petrol tank, replace the pipes and refit. 2) Gear linkage - the gear stick is connected to the gearbox by a metal rod, after a lot of hard gear changes over the years it will finally give up one day, again this runs under the petrol tank and is about £150 for the part and 6 hours labour.
  15. http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=29629 This covers where you stand with reguards to tax and VAT on imported goods from the USA
  16. even if they did not supply a warranty the goods are not fit for purpose and any court will settle in full. You may have problems with the labour charges i guess though,
  17. Its best to be freindly with a mechanic who will bend the rules for you, these people generally give you the truth. I have never had any problems with my MOT station.
  18. well the problem is that sometimes the scammers are organised criminals, if you screw aroudn with them you end up with no knee caps
  19. Yes, most of us don't want to be kevs though lol what do they sound like?
  20. oh and these people will often try to send a form of payment they can later claim back or cancel. I'd deal in cash only when if they come and pick it up. and those IPs are registered to a nigerian isp http://www.supernet300.net/
  21. it is the address of the company that the IPs are registered to, it is possible it is his address if he registered a class C in his name, that isn't usually done. I've been blamed before for scams though becuase I have my name and e-mail on a few forms similar to the one that srrae posted so be careful and don't bother that guy because the odds are it isn't him. He has been reported to the relevent agencies.
