have you checked you put your pipes back on correctly with no air leaks? also check that you havn't knocked any smaller pipes off around the TB's. Sounds like you have a small air leak to me. also check ECU for error codes, just on the off chance something crops up. after cleaning the TB's the car is a pig to start for about 30 seconds but should be ok once its going, how much carb cleaner did you use? lol

I thikn it was also found 3 of his brakes were down to the metal and one was only 50% operational. if its the same story i remember anyway

its not a problem with courtesy, often customs will take packages to inspect, my last one was with them for 7 weeks, I have on in there at the moment thats i've been waiting for for 4 weeks now. You pay your money, take your chance.

did you clean the idle valve with carb cleaner? just spray shitloads into that, also did you reset the ecu? to reset the idle you have to unplug the connector by the valve and then turn the idle to 700rpm and then plug the connector back in which will raise the idle 50rpm to 750.

the jets are probably blocked, i think they are about 5quid or so from nissan, its worth changing them first, mine had a blockage for MOT but it cleared itself
