  1. ...suprised Gio didn't pick up on that when we first went to view the car as we had a lot of the panelwork out to check for manufacture dates/spec levels etc.
  2. Oh right. Another thing I an bin then.
  3. I took the passenger side kick panel off to gain access in running a power cable through the bulkhead. Now I noticed something that I haven't noticed before, the little silver box next to the ECU wasn't connected to th plug that's dangling below it. Can anyone tell me what this is and why it may have been disconnected? Thanks
  4. I'm working on my car. Just put the back seats in. Just about to finish off another door too. :)
  5. Well I tried installing firefox and that's even worse! Whilst the popups are stopped, the thing just hangs. Back on IE now. Really really starting to piss me off.
  6. No new tools. I've used something by takemetothepub that would check for spyware programs?
  7. No change I'm afraid. IE is struggling to launch. The only way I could get it to fire up was to open an existing saved webpage.
  8. Christ! All that stuff has to come off?
  9. Thanks, I'll give that a wirl. I deleted my recycle bin yesterday! LOL Have no idea how to get that back.

  11. Which one to I use? Spyware sweeper?
  12. There must be a way of getting rid of this. I have load of things in my 'favourites' etc.
  13. Every time I hear that word I think of this.......
  14. Oh dear. Please treat your Z with a little more respect. :(
  15. Well, it's got a pop-up blocker and I didn't have this problem last week.
  16. Not on a standard Z it won't.
  17. I've done a full scan Zairs, yes, with latest updates. Norton can't fix it. I'm on BT Broadband Forge.
  18. Irmscher IS a bodykit if you BUY the bodykit. ...and the above isn't bolt on crap? Irmscher GM stuff is quality gear made to fit AND compliment the car. What you're looking at getting is cheap fibreglass stuff that'll need tremendous amounts of work to fit. Irmscher, Steinmetz, Rieger, Zender, all quality manufacturers, in much the same way as Stillen, Impul and Nismo are. Nismo are to Nissan, what Irmschr is to Vauxhall.
  19. Since going on a property website yesterday, I've been getting pop-ups appearing; ranging from bingo, to communications systems. There's about 5 different ones. Now, no matter what I do, they still appear. My pop-up blocker is on, I've installed a new version of Norton, switched my firewall on to its highest setting, tried blocking the above websites, set my security to block medium-high to avert 3rd party cookies. It's really getting on my noodle too! To add to that, in the past few days, my keyboard is running slow and intermittently misses a letter out that I am typing etc. Usually about every 10th letter. Any help would be great.
  20. I quite like Calibras, but that bodykit and spoiler + Lexus lights are dire. Stick to Irmscher or something complimentary. Good luck with it though. Looks like it was an SE9 or something, one of the last ones.
  21. Take it back to the garage you bought it from.
  22. When is it smoking? On idle? Intermittently? On boost, on rundown?
