I had a mess about on MS Paint and came up with this which looks a little better, although a bit Porsche-like.

Looks wise; reminds me of something from Pokemon with a face like that. 350Z has never done it for me I'm afraid and that just looks like a limited-imagination facelift. Power on the other hand is nice! :cool:

Yours looks like a rotary? Megs ones is an orbital like the Porter Cable. Not sure I'd trust myself with a rotary. More chance of 'burning' the paint and taking it too low. Good if you're experienced though. The G220 is about £150. Need to get some good Sonus pads and polishes though.

Does anyone have one of these? I've been wanting a machine polisher for some time now. Originally looked at getting a Porter Cable, but been more and more interested in the G220. Just wondering if anyone on here has one and/or has used one? Cheers

Looks like I've brought an international flavour to the day! One of the chaps I'm friends with over on 3ZC I know is gonna be in the UK around this time. Since I've been to a few LAZ32 meets, I've suggested he comes to this. So well have a california flavour to the day! He'll be Z-less but I'll be picking him up. As luck would have it, I think he's staying in the Surrey area anyway! It'll be pretty cool as I am back in SoCal in August and at the end of August I am driving from L.A to Tulsa in Oklahoma to go to the MidwestZfest. So looks like he'll be part of that convoy. So all is good. :cool:

Don't think I'll bother going if the weather is that bad. Looks dreadful.

Yup, heavy rain now forcast for Saturday. Hopefully it'll be first thing leading to a dryer afternoon when it's busiest.

I know Zedtech have new management, but had some serious issue in the past. Not sure I'd trust them, although there do appear to be improvements there. Zedworld have HUGE experience. I've been up there myself and Jeff knows his stuff and is a genuine nice guy. What Danny says is correct also.

Probably just a dry or worn bushing.

Not sure I am going to make it for the times you and Jimmer are going to be there. I might be venturing down a bit later, 7.30 is a little 'keen' for a Saturday morning!. Maybe nearer 10. I have the GF in tow too, so going to leave it until then. Aware the queues won't be too great, but I'll be able to watch a DVD while I wait! :rofl:
