  1. Good job I won't need the M25 to get there! LOL But hope you buggers won't get caught up in it. Suprised the protest is organise for a weekend. Usually stuff like that happens during a week day.
  2. Has anyone been watching this? Sat up watching this with Maddie last night and it had me in stitches! Purile disfunctional comedy! Finally, new British comedy makes a come back! You can find this sitting on the same shelf as 'The Mary Whitehouse Experience', 'A league of Gentleman', 'Peep Show' and 'Little Britain' IMHO. You can now really throw all the trash like 'My Family' and 2 pints of lager and a packet of crisps in the skip of rubbish British comedy.
  3. A mildly modified EC1. (Relocated indicators)
  4. ...just try not to buy skirts with the little fieldmouse vent in them. ;)
  5. I miss-read thinking you've already bought some half breed as stated, but I guess that's what you currently have. ;) Don't like Veilside at all, but the EC1 is really nice. MarkZX's is testiment to that. Lovely front end.
  6. Best news this year!!! Shame you're not going for th EC1 though. With some EC1 skirts and a Kaminari rear, it would look awsome.
  7. Happy Birthday. There is a wanted section on this forum. Why not use your birthday money and subscribe and join the club! :)
  8. Or the 'Fleur de leys" in Lowsonford just down the road from Hockley Heath? Buzz me on 07725742989 if you like.
  9. Maybe yours got stolen and they put false plates on it! LOL ;)
  10. I drove one over there 2 years ago. Few guys say I can go out on the track with them. Hopefully I'll try and swindle a drive. :) Over there for 2 weeks in total. Staying mainly in San Diego. I think the Zfest will take up about 4 days of my trip.
  11. Prefer the Gallardo over the Murcielago.
  12. Ok cool. Shall we meet at the red lion in Earlswood tomorrow afternoon? (5 mins from Solihull). We needed it as I think it has a dog friendly beer garden and Maddie wants to bring her huge great big (but very well behaved) doberman along!
  13. Good job, they were awful!
  14. I might be able to borrow one. It has been suggested. Quite a few members over there have more than 1 Z!
  15. Whole other end of the country, well kinda, Z1 are based in Georgia. Somewhere near Atlanta I think. Been there too, but not to Z1.
  16. If it does ever come off, then you know who has first dibs!! :) I hunted and hunted for an M30Z spoiler for mine. Very difficult to get hold of. I hope it stays mainly as it is as it does look good. The choice of wheels is great too. Think the colour is also good. I quite often wished I'd gone for a silver Z!! To keep it resembling what it is, I think all I'd do would be to fit stock wings, lower it and some 99-spec rear lights. :)
  17. Does this mean that the offence will become endorsable on your licence then now that the new regulations take effect through MOT also?
  18. It wasn't actually!! I'm guessing you're just taking things a bit personally. There's a reason you bought an NA and there's a reason why I bought a TT, I'd have one as a DD because the reliability issues and the fuel consumption, although I believe that on a long motorway run, the TT is slighty better. That was my reasoning, NOTHING else.
  19. Few pics before the battery died.
  20. She's in Monkspath Leigh. Nick, sounds good. I'll let you know tomorrow if I'm taking it. Just been out in it now and got through £20 worth of fuel! LOL Getting a little low on the only finances!
  21. With stock wings (I really really hope you get rid of those viper wings) and removal of the sticker desease, that car will look really spot on. Wheels look great on it and I WANT THAT ****ING SPOILER!! As for N/As, they make great daily drives. I like both, but love the punch you from the TTs, they have a much more refined burble than the somewhat raspy N/A. A lot of people think the N/As sound better where as I prefer the TT burble by a long shot. I personally wouldn't buy an N/A, ever in replace of a TT. It's just not the car for me. I wanted the Turbos, I love the performance, the feel of boost, the whoosh, the ease of which the engine pulls when on boost. Just gives you a nice warm feeling especially when the passengers turn round after a bit of boost and say 'fook me that pulls like a trooper!'. I'd have one as a daily driver though. :)
  22. Are they made by the same company that manufacture 'ling-long' tyres?
  23. I've never ever heard of them! LOL. I got my suspension rebuild before it started really shagging the tyres. I'd only ever fit Bridgestone, Pirelli, Michelin or Dunlop to mine. Got Bridgestone Potenzas on at the moment which are close to being replaced. Considering going down the Pirelli route.
