  1. No they shouldn't, they should have left it exactly how it was.
  2. Topless models at the NEC Classic Car show?????? WTF???? I must have missed this!!
  3. That'll be howmanyareleft.com and is wholly inaccurate as many grey imports were registered under a multitude of different variations. That database unfortunately doesn't look at vin numbers.
  4. I read this yesterday and thought it was ridiculous. A big part of F1 is the glitz and glamour. It's literally being stripped of its assets.
  5. Definitely an error there unless it was a demo model registered purely for a trade show/promo.
  6. Agreed with Richard! Absolute 80s and Planet Rock are my favourite. Also listen to Jazz Radio and Radio 4 (for programmes like 'A life scientific' and the very good 'Infinite monkey cage').
  7. So glad I haven't got any. 10 seconds of a baby crying has me running for the hills, like people running their nails down a chalk board!
  8. No, only about an hour and a half.....
  9. No they won't. The door pillar is shorter and there's a moulded bracket that lines up to the pillar with not much tolerance. There are also differently spaced holes for the clips and screws. I am sure you could make one fit, but how well, I wouldn't be able to hazard a guess. So glad I bought mine last year! I had a feeling it wouldn't be long before they started to go completely NLA.
  10. You don't need to take the entire bumper off to remove that. Just the front engine cover. It'll take about 10 minutes to remove and you can stick your hand behind the bumper and pull all that crap out, no I don't want it; hurl it in the Solent!
  11. Most chart stuff is awful. Souless soul music with autotune. Cher started that autotune craze off with her awful 'I believe' track (one of the most over played tunes this millenia) and now most artists use it and it's quite frankly a crock of shite. Dreary dreary crap.
  12. It's quite involving although when you've done it a few times you get used to it. How is the mesh secured? You might want to try and cut it out if you can get enough access. I'd probably only advise unscrewing the lower part of the bumper and removing the front engine tray. There's no need to fully remove it.
  13. Since Suddesh's thread about favourites, I heard one of my most hated tunes earlier, Elton John's AWFUL 'are you ready for love' tune? This is probably the WORST tune IN THE WORLD. [video=youtube;4QSA7pSvh-o] Followed immediately by Beyoncé's Put a ring on it. It's more painful than Elton's tune, a lot more painful to listen to, but less cheesy. Chumbawamba - I get knocked down Hanson - mmmmmmmmmmmmbop So, Christmas songs aside (as they're all shite anyway), what are your most hated tunes of all time?
  14. Part number for the steering rack gaitor is: 4820310V25 http://www.allcarpartsfast.co.uk/nissan/nissan-4820310v25-boot-kit-steeri/ Not too sure if this is individually or as a pair. Try getting a price from MJP also. If you have additional stuff to order from the US, they're much cheaper : https://conceptzperformance.com/search.php?search=4820310V25
  15. Yes OP, ask Dave to weld it up for you, you've seen his work, fantastic it is!
  16. Oh yeah, they are or were Keighly I think. Yes, avoid. Apologies! Sounds like that one might be better than the turd you ended up driving 3hrs to go and see though.
  17. So you have heard something then? ;) Bad luck with the car. It isn't easy finding a tidy one, depending on your budget, it might be prudent to get one imported. You'll have a much greater chance of getting something good. This is a fresh import, well, not that fresh as it's been for sale for a good few months so you might find they will accept offers on it. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1995-Nissan-300-ZX-3-0-V6-TARGA-Manual-FACE-LIFT-JDM-2dr/282710105746?hash=item41d2d5de92:g:34oAAOSwKQ9Z8xjh
  18. Forget the peanut oil bodge. Buy new whilst you still can, they're all going to be NLA before too long. Opposing door seals already already are from US and Europe/Japan respectively.
  19. Not digging the rear lights at all, but the car looks really lovely Joe. :)
  20. The chance of that having no rust is about as much chance as Brexit trade talks ending by the time I next curl one out. It has skirts for starters and I bet it's like a tin of broken digestive biscuits behind them.
  21. Indeed, dump valves are bad enough (everyone knows my utter hatred for these useless pieces of automotive detritus), but on an automatic? That's pure comedy. Not quite sure what you've been taking lately, but you've been saying some weird shit!
  22. In a weekend? Are you joking? That hideous bodykit wants throwing into the Kennet and Avon canal along with the interior and other distasteful accessories. It's a dung heap. The red one though with the 'lambo-doors' is worse, but the black turd that Mondo so graciously linked is vomis.
  23. Interior design styled on a used Maxi Pad. What a truly miserable creation. Those matts are hilarious; surprised it doesn't have Tasmanian Devil Mudflaps to match. It does have one saving grace though, "what's that I hear you ask?" It IS a non runner!
  24. http://www.allcarpartsfast.co.uk Assume yours is a 2+2. I'll dig out the part numbers. One side is NLA, you'd have to get it from the US. That's a door rubber. Total cost is around £750-£800
