  1. ...to be honest, I rarely fill mine up. It's getting a lot of use at the moment as the whether is so good....plus I'm doing a huge road trip in it soon. I rarely put more than half a tank in, because there's usually quite a gap between using it. Don't see the point in spending £100 on a tank of 98 when it'll sit there loosing octane for weeks and weeks. So I put in what I need and no more.
  2. It is nice. I think I'd have to shoot for a Twin Turbo though. With all due respect to NA owners, I'd have to have the top-line model.
  3. Mine was ran almost dry. It was £92. I'll be getting through about 4 of these in a few weeks!
  4. It was to commemorate the last 300 made. They had an enhanced option pack. Bear in mind this edition was sold in the US only where it was far more highly regarded. Many of these versions found their way into collectors collections. Nope. All styles...except convertible (I think). I've seen 2+2 and Twin Turbo commemorative. The one I went in was a Twin Turbo.
  5. Mine on idle - cold start.
  6. I've been in a commemorative edition version. I've also been in an SMZ. :)
  7. CLOSE Runners up? ABFlug system and BillyBoat systems sound almost as good, if not as good IMO.
  8. Maybe. However I am unsure of a recall in Europe.
  9. Indeed. My PTU is actually from a US breaker. One of my friends (who's the owner of 3ZC has about 10 of the things in his back yard and whenever I am over there, I pilfer bits off of the cars there. I paid $0.00 for it. :) Just need a LHD passenger side sun visor... 2 x vanity mirrors. I need to be able to see what spots to squeeze or what's lurking up my nostrils.
  10. I thought S2s had the revised PTU? I spend too much time on the US forum! haha. S2s were fitted with them, in addition, they were also a standard factory recall on S1 models.
  11. You'd be able to insure a Twin Turbo for that. I don't actually think there's any real difference in insurance costs between the two. Mine is a Twin Turbo.
  12. Vig, have you tried Lynbrook? Just had my renewal though from them. 34, full no claims, 5,000 miles PA...however I don't even do half that! A-rating area (lowest risk area in the country) and garaged overnight, £320 fully comp with glass cover, European cover and insurance to drive any other vehicle.
  13. So yours looks like it's a Series 1 then. If you have the HICAS modulator in the inner wing to the left of the PAS pot, then yours is without question a series 1.
  14. I am talking dual tips and single tips, not dual and single exhausts. ;)
  15. Sorry, I was getting muddled up with their own system. The greddy system is good quality, but never seen one. I'd try and order that through Z1. Whilst it's not listed on their website, they should be able to get it for you. I personally know the guys at Z1, I have confidence with them. Speak to Jon Parham, he'll help you. As an alternative, Labree do a single output can rather than a dual. Labree systems are very popular in the US and have a good name.
  16. As above. http://www.z1motorsports.com/product_info.php?cPath=6_9&products_id=1876 These make quite a big difference by all acounts.
  17. As above. They're not well received on 3ZC, but that's mainly for other reasons, however there have been a number of instances with regard the fitting of any of their pipework products from intakes to exhausts. We didn't renew their sponsorship when it had expired. I personally have had no problems with them or even any dealings with them (other than getting very drunk with the owner at Znationals a few years ago), but speaking from a point of view of 3ZC and its members, I would think again about ordering either their exhausts or intake kits.
  18. .....the Z32 manual is now available as a downloadable app. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=co.fixitfixit.z32&hl=en_GB Thank you...and thank you.
  19. Nice work. Good to see all these changes being made since my last incarnation to this site. :)
  20. Damn James, you're having no luck. First getting sold a POS buy some bloke in Rooksbridge, then this. I really hope you get it back in the road. I'll head over to Jimmer's unit on Saturday afternoon to see what's going down/ - - - Updated - - - *by
  21. I know what it's worth to me, I kinda know what it's worth on the market, people have told me it's worth quite a bit more....so I have no idea.
  22. Didn't he have a cherry red pearl SWB? Smashed it up iirc?
