  1. ...or are you saying there's no cruise components what so ever?
  2. That's really strange that you say you have no cruise. Regardless of whether you have an aftermarket steering wheel, you should have the stalk there on a 96 car if it came equipped with cruise control. I am wondering why the stalk is not there. Have you got any detailed photos of the car?
  3. At home booking flights to Holland, California and Arkansas.
  4. As Gary has said. Cruise was an option. Most of the later-spec cars didn't come with it. Installing it is a mission! You'd know if you had it. A, the button would be there, B, you'd already have a stalk there and C, you'd have another cable running to the throttles. There's probably a blank in your column shroud if it is a 96 model.
  5. Left hand side like on mine.....I retro fitted it. LHD vehicles have CC and indicator stalks the other way around.
  6. Thanks Andrew; alas no, I have been trying to source some, except the foam/neoprene I always seem to encounter is too thin and/or to compact/dense. I am still on the hunt!
  7. Impul, 99-spec, Kaminari/TwinZ, Stillen all look good. Basically, anything without a silly little vent and/or awkward lines.
  8. It's in your butt!
  9. Stuck it in your butt yet to see where you were made? :wack:
  10. The most unreliable turbo charged car IN THE WORLD!?
  11. Wonder when they'll do a Z32....
  12. Find a breaker with good arches and cut them out.

  14. There's one on ebay. You can start by checking the hoses and fitment though.
  15. I had the same over the weekend. Makes you realise how good it is to own one of these cars. They're such a head turner AND a talking point. Both my next door neighbours absolutely love my Z. One owns a 550 M-Sport and the other a brand new 535d M-Sport and he came over yesterday just as I'd gotten it out of the garage yesterday and told me he loved it when I got the Z out, how beautiful and mint it looked and how he keeps telling his wife that he wants something like this. Then there's the other neighbour who has a new F-Type who's always asking after it. So the Z32 still has a LOT of appeal, far more than its value and would suggest.
  16. Looks like you've answered your own question there. :) You can start by checking all the hoses that you installed and making sure they're all seated correctly. Then make sure all the clips are tightened.
  17. Happy birthday! However, whenever I hear the name 'Lance', I think of....
  18. It is and it isn't. However, politically, only Sweden and Finland are part of the EU (European Union). Norway voted against joining, however it is part of the European land mass. When it comes to travel, all three countries are part of Europe's Schengen Agreement, which abolishes border controls between the countries. Thus you can pass from one to the next without passing through immigration checks (though there are customs checks when entering Norway, since it is not part of the EU). Economically, all three are part of the European Economic Area, which facilitates trade throughout Europe, creating a single market including countries that are not part of the EU. But only Finland has adopted the Euro as its currency. Norway and Sweden both still use their own currencies: the Norwegian krone and the Swedish krona....and they're both bloody expensive!
  19. Here's a better representation....
  20. Thanks chaps. Bri, my camera phone has real difficulty with the paint on my car, because if the pearl and the brightness, it over exposes and you can't see the gloss and the translucency on the paint. It looks very sharp and has a really deep 'wet-look' to it. The first photo is quite true to its real likeness.
  21. Got the Z out of hibernation this weekend after a long wet crappy winter (after a battery charge, started first turn of the key). Gave the car a thorough clean today, only a weekend out and people stop to look at it and ask questions as it sat there on the drive. Love it!! Not the best photos, but it proves the car still exists!
