  1. Went to the paintshop laden with bits!
  2. £4k will get you a clean one, but not on this level. This is something a bit special and immaculate TT manuals with original bodies are practually none existant now.
  3. Gotta put it up for £6k-£7k. You won't find ANY in this condition for a while. I think it is worth more, but market values pay a part in this. There are a few on ebay at the moment for this amount and yours is MILES ahead; it has no horrid bodykit, it has brand new everything pretty much, it's what the general enthusiast looks for IMO. I WOULD BUY IT and there are few around that I'd be happy to part with money on.
  4. Morrisons usually have a jet wash - http://your.morrisons.com/store-finder/store-details/?recordid=69
  5. I am leaving about 6...or maybe before. I will want to hunt out a jet wash SOMEWHERE in Coventry!
  6. wtf!!!????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????x 1,000,000,000?
  7. # Those are merely list prices. I have never heard of lead times on Z32 Blue glass before. Places like National Windscreens do have stock and also will supply fitted substantially cheaper than the pricing indicated by Pilkington.
  8. That's horse shit and IGNORE Autoglass. Autoglass repair - Autoglass rip-off. They give ridiculous pricing on new windscreens - check your local windscreen place, a small independent or someone like National Windscreens. I had an 08 plate Civic a few years ago and the screen went on that, got a quote of £800 from Autoglass - took it National Windscreens and had one fitted for £120. Pilkington and its subsidiaries are now the ONLY manufacturer of windscreen for the 300zx and the SWB screen is the same as the LWB screen. To dispel any myths also, there are only a small handful of manufacturers globally of automotive glass and they all supply direct to the OEMs. Have a look here - http://allglass.ie/ If you can do the 70 mile trip to Belfast then you'll find a National Windscreens there. http://www.nationalwindscreens.co.uk/regional.aspx?city=Newry
  9. Probably some 300zxs! :wack:
  10. Don't make that your goal else you could end up with something you're not entirely happy with.
  11. No, not due to camera. Compare it to the rest of the panels and you'll see the difference and it's noticable in all the pics. It's nothing too major, as it might polish out after wet sanding... No, that arch is rotten from the inside out, it NEEDS cutting out or else it would just come back. Rubbing it down and painting it is futile.
  12. Look at the front bumper again - it's as flat as a pancake. Wetsanding 'might' revive it. Have you had photos of the underside emailed to you? I'd say that arch needs chopping out, it's between the skins and is on the main panel now, not the lip.
  13. Agreed Al, crap advert! At least he has decent photos of it. I have adverts with photos taken of Z32s with like the front and the rear of the car completely out of shot, a close up of the glove box, a wheel and a blurred image of the rear! As for the silver one, it has a rusty rear arch (offside), looks like the sill has tarnish on it, so that could be on its way out too and possibly bubbling on the lower left hand side of the filler cap, front bumper doesn't fit quite right and looks like it's had a poor repaint (absolutely no shine to it). Looks relatively straight though. I personally wouldn't go for it, with the rust it has and the other cosmetic things, you should be able to get it a little cheaper. I'd expect it to be in better condition for a series 3 though. I do find NAs quite droany though, especially with decats. I have a silver one in the USA that I use and I am not the biggest lover of the noise it makes.

  15. The KLM aircraft was given clearance by the tower. But the KLM craft took as that as a green light to take off.....then bang!
  16. Correct. Destroyed both planes, both full of passengers - that was in fog I think, but similar scenario!
  17. Gross!!! See you in a few weeks!....damn...a week and a half! My car is still in the garage in a million pieces.
  18. Kev, there must be better stuff to eat than KFC! I'd rather eat my feet than that putrid shit! Fast food sucks - it ruins your ass!
  19. Looks LOADS better without those vents. They vent....errm.....the wheel well and nothing else. 'Fieldmouse vents' I call 'em! They look silly - glad they're gone! :)
  20. Looks better without those vents that's for sure! You not fitting skirts?
  21. As expected, it's been shelved... http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-28210416 I am sure this will crop up again in 2-3 years....and subsequently get shelved again!
  22. We have a few aircraft engineers on here! I used to work for a company who manufactured high voltage test equipment for the aviation and military industries. Very very interesting places to visit!
  23. What size shirt do you take!?
  24. Ordering XXXL then? Haha I take a medium. It will hang off me! Nice gesture though! :)
