  1. I could never do that to my car. :(
  2. http://www.boltblue.com used to do them...
  3. WOMEN - KNOW YOUR PLACE. ;) Gutted mate.
  4. Indian, I think you need your eyes/brain tested....worried that accident has affected you in some way. I'd rather dig up Hattie Jacques' corpse and give it cunnilingus while lepers rammed live H5N1-infected swans up my chocolate starfish than be seen anywhere near that rancid glob of manatee spunk. ....BTW, the front of that BMW looks like this...
  5. Oh dear Lord. That's a Mynheer kit. That is absolutely vile. Mynheer incase anyone doesn't know who they are, are famed for producing rank shit like the following....
  6. Non-subscribers purchase from the forum, so that would be non-beneficial to them.

    who?
  8. Thanks Dave. I've posted gixxar a link to this thread, I'm sure he's seen it but I can bet he probably will not respond to it.
  9. Deffinatly. Quite lucky to be able to get alongside. The photo was from a shipping resource website I use. It's the only photo of her at Sunderland. Quite a classic look of ship in her hayday. Sorry, this thread has gone off on a tangent.
  10. Arrrrrr yes, the old Isle of Mann Steam packet ferry company. Cheers for that. Thought she'd be scrapped years ago, evidently not.
  11. ......where's the bottom pic taken? Interested to know what old passenger ferry that was.
  12. looks very nice. Reminds me of the V6 conversion I did on my MK3 Astra Cabrio.
  13. Sooooo happy I don't have kids. Don't envy you in the slightest bud.
  14. Try cleaning up the terminals to see it that helps. My Zed didn't start last week and I had to buy a battery about a week after I bought it, the new battery didn't turn the engine over but I think (because I leave it garaged) that I left the boot open and if not 100% closed, the light will remain on. It's ok now though.
  15. I spent a lot of yesterday with migrane, so not too chirpy today. Will probably go back to bed.

I really like the Esprits.....much better choice than the Ugly Countach. ;) Chap near me has the GT V8 some come with OZ Saturn wheels as standard and look amazing.
  17. That's like asking for serious answers to a question like 'will my Granny die if I turn off her life support machine'.
  18. How do I go about issuing a county court summons then?
  19. Top work. I love old WW2 stuff. Find it really fascinating.
  20. Well I've heard how good this chap who's doing my wheels from another forum I use, so I decided to put my trust in him and drive the 4 hour trip up to Nottingham from Glastonbury. What a nice guy and got to see first hand how amazing his work is. Met BeeGeeVinz too! Top bloke! Mark also did a very quick test on the lips of my rims which are mirror polished and he said he was very impressed with the metal which is aircraft grade alloy on these partilcuar rims. The shine was absolutely fantastic, even for just a short period of time on a small area. Anyway, I started off by taking all the studs out, this was a bit of a PITA as the studs are recessed behind the centre plate. A neat design, but awful to work with. You can also see here the inner part of the wheel is pitted. I tried cleaning it up as best I could, but it's going to be painted. As you can see, the rims have a whole array of curbing marks....plus lots of hairline scratches and cloudyness. As you can see, the rims have lost quite a bit of their mirror reflection, probably due to the fact that they've been sat by a dock wall on an RX7 for over a year having sea water thrown at them....supprised at their condition bearing in mind as there's bugger all corrosion. I guess that's testiment to the quality of matieral used. Mark rebuilds BBS wheels and says the quality of metal and workmanship on the wheels I brought to him was far superior. So, I took them Mark's and he did a little tester on one to see what the metal was like. Both of us were quite impressed. This was done very quickly which is why you can see a few haze marks still there. I just can't imagine how the wheels will look when finished, they should look amazing if that shine is anything to go by. Now I really wanted the centres chromed, but the work and cost involved would have just been a nightmare. So have gone for a very very bright and reflective silver which mark has had mixed up. Once sprayed on with loads of lacquer, these should be very very bright. Will post final pics in a few weeks when I get them back.
  21. So 'who' is Soutwestzmech then? lol
  22. It's still ok around Bristol, but I went up to Nottingham yesterday and saw the fuel prices go up. Pay 92.9p a litre for diesel and 96.9p was where I saw it rise to.
