M42 Speed Camera's going LIVE!
Christ, 2mph tollerance is way of out order. Cars vary so much. Put a larger set of rims on one and it'll change the speed, let alone the millions of cars that don't read accurately after about 50.

What are your favourite Road Movies?
Might get that one Dave. Anyone seen U-Turn? Few people I know have and didn't think much of it, but I thought it was pretty good. Bit twisted and inbred in style, but not a bad film none the less.

What are your favourite Road Movies?
Anyone remember a really really awful film from the 70s called Death Race 2000? Had Sylvester Stallone in it. ****ing dreadful film. See some tits and ass in it though, but that's its only redeeming quality.

What are your favourite Road Movies?
Trying to expand my DVD collection and just wondering what people's favourite road films are? I still enjoy watching the Mad Max films as well as the Smokey and the Bandit ones. Duel is quite good also. Watched Road Kill the other day and I've not made my mind up about that one. Transporter......mmmmmm, find it a bit cheesey really for some reason.

after diesel runaround
405s are going for £50 now. As much as I love budget motoring, I think he's after something a little newer maybe. Xantias are nice comfy cars and look ok, but their let down is the suspension. When it fails it's not cheap to replace. 406s cut out that bit giving you a car with traditional suspension. They use the same running gear though as the Xantias. The 1.9 diesels are good, but the 2.0 HDis are better. 306s and Citroen ZXs also use the same 1.9TDi units and aren't too bad. Fuel pumps tend to go in the 1.9s and are a pig to replace. Vectra diesels are pretty poor, but the Vectra is a solid and trusty machine and doesn't tend to go wrong becoming very very cheap now.

Gutted for you mate. You're ok, that's the main thing. Don't worry about what the other chap will or won't do. That's what you have insurance for, leave it to them.

My zed to be used as a wedding car. :)
So it is. Meet me on the way back. best route in Portsmouth to Caen. French roads are much better. Far nicer than sitting in traffic all the way to Dover.

My zed to be used as a wedding car. :)
18th of June isn't it? Mmmmmm, I'm the weekend after. What day are you returning?

My zed to be used as a wedding car. :)
Yup, just had an invite to a friend's wedding near LeMan and as per last time, I've been asked to take the best man to the door of the church. Zeds are somewhat of a real rarity in France, so should certainly snap knicker elastic at 20 paces. Just have to get the ****ing thing fixed once and for all now.... So, I have until mid-June. Kinda chuffed, but feel a tw@t as the car currently is a POS even though I've only done a few thousand in it since I've had it. But hey ho.

By the sounds of it, it put the Zed to shame. Probably glad I didn't see it.
