Shame it's auto, can't get a real feel for it...ie fast gearchange. Picks up like a right ba.stard though.

Nope, the only modified car I ever owned/modified to any real degree was my V6 Astra Cabriolet..... I've never ever put any stick on tat on any of my cars....although some would claim that Vauxhall are just tat in themselves. :rofl:

LOL, I'm not that thick. I do know the difference between a Calibra Turbo and an NA. I've owned a Calibra Turbo for a short while. From the exhaust note, I'd have said it was an 8v, not even a 16v. VX made the C20NE in that car all the way till the end of production. The electric one has varying times of delay and also tend to go off half way through revving, not when the accelerator is released. They also make a consistent noise, unlike real valves which vary in volume dependant upon amounts of boost being released. Seriously, if you heard one, you'd know it was blatantly not a real one.

Of course, the GT4 and Evo are hardcore 4wd rally slags, the 300ZX is a GT. Totally different class of car. Tentatively, one races through the forests of Kielder and the other around the circuit at Le Mans........

No that's fine, but you can't compare the two that much. It's like comparing a JCB to an automated potato pealer. Just two very different units. The Zed is indeed a bitch to work on and will go wrong if not maintained properly. That said, the car was and still is a very competant car.

Hahahaha, lol, those things make me piss myself. I was in Bristol late one night just before xmas, was waiting at a set of lights and heard this really weird sound. Looked behind me and couldn't see anything. Youngish lad in a car I couldn't quite see. As we pulled away the noise erupted again. To my glee, I realised that he'd fitted a fake dump valve to this car and started laughing uncontrollably. I slowed right down to try and get him to drove past. He kept jabbing the accelerator. This noise kept appearing again and again. Boy, it sounded absolutely hilarious. I look over and he was looking over acting all smooth and cool in his fake turbo charged yogurt pot. It was an N reg Calibra with a mix match of distasteful body kit in a multitude of colours. Huge Jimmy Hill style front bumper and miserable wheels.

Ok then, so there are some pretty horrendous modiflibations out there now. What is your favourite 'wost modification' then? Flamer kits Lexarse lights Spinner hubcaps/alloys LED Washer jets Chequer plate mats Other...please state.

That's the second expensive car he's wrecked. From Memory, he smashed up something else a few years ago. Never liked the bloke. Hugely talented, but has his head shoved so far up his arse, it's coming out of his mouth again.

I like the stereo/vent surround bit, but the centre console now doesn't match up with the dash.

The spoiler needs binning along with that egg carton style bodykit. All of it is utterly tasteless.
