  1. ...and that's me. I love banter! I am happy to take as much as I dish out. :)
  2. hahahahaha! You're hilarious. Just brightened my day. :D
  3. It can be relentless if you want it to be 'cause it sure as hell isn't right now! :p ;) I think the last car that I made comments about 'properly' was Geordie French's old Z with its Ford Cortina indicators and mock-imitation scrotum hanging from his rear tow eye - which was about 2 or 3 years ago now. He absolutely hates me and says on facebook regularly which I find completely hysterical. Someone who 'claims' they don't give a damn about what other people think of his car, certainly gave more than a passing damn to what I had to say about it and all the people he verbally abused on the 300zx drivers page after he posted his own photos up and didn't like other peoples' opinions - he was forcably removed from the page for it. All utterly hilarious. :D :)
  4. LOL I am? It can be....do show the relentlessness please. :)
  5.  hahahahahahahahahahaha lmao!!
  6. I don't know about that (as grim as camping in the UK is) - I wouldn't be seen dead with a tow hitch my Z, let alone a giant egg trailing it with 'The Zedbed' written all over it!
  7. Eeeeow, no thanks. Two of my least favourite things in the world. Caravans and acres of fibreglass bodykit. I like the wheels and the colour though (on the Z). :)
  8. If you have more than 1 car, suggesting you want a classic policy with a mileage threshold is absolutely important.
  9. Totally agree Si, I was having the very same conversation with Joel earlier in the year!
  10. I'm sold....NOT! Sounds even worse than it normally does!
  11. Indeed. Have you seen the strange things that sit on the nipples for headlamp aim adjustment? Very odd.
  12. Best way to remove headlights without any fear of damage is to remove the front bumper.
  13. Wing is a fender. I wouldn't put them there. If you need to access them for any reason, you'll have to remove it. I installed mine under the headlights between the headlight bucket and the crash bar. There's a flat surface there where the old ducting goes where they can be mounted completely out of sight.
  14. A 55w bulb will burn brighter than a 35w bulb, but it won't last as long. 5000k and 6000k are generally what people seem to go for. It all depends what you want. I'm not too sure on bulb-type on USDM Z32s, I know they're different from JDM which are also different from Euro market cars. I did have 6000k on my Z, but took them off because I felt they were too blue. I wanted a better light output and also look a little more OEM. It wasn't easy finding the right fitment in 4300k, but they are about.
  15. I'd quite like to get a touch more out of them. I'm looking at 555s currently and want to push to 17PSi once mapped. They're a good turbo, responsive and can take quite a beating.
  16. PE are still in business.
  17. My stock (original) turbos are still doing very nicely. They've been great and I've been running about 1 bar for nearly 6 years now. If I ever replace them, I'll be digging deep for a set of Power Enterprise PE1420 turbos. Very high quality and very low failure rate. These are true aftermarket turbos, but of extreme high quality.
  18. 4300k 55w is what you want. Ignore error-free/CANBUS stuff, it's not applicable. Doesn't matter if it does or doesn't come with it.
  19. 4300k is pretty much what an OEM emits. 8000k is way too blue and emits quite a bit less light.
  20. I'll reiterate what Art has said, what has the importer said about all this!!!???
  21. Be careful on German autobhan. Whilst there is no speed limit, German police are very hot on driving with due care and attention. You will get pulled over for doing high speeds in more urban and busier stretches or when the visibility isn't absolutely perfect. Basically, it needs to be empty with no traffic on, dead straight road in good daylight driving conditions otherwise your ass will be theirs.
