I believe the converter unit also converts the odometer, it certainly changed mine when it was fitted. I got a cert from Jeff to say the date it had been converted at and what the KM reading was before the conversion and what the mileage was after he had adjusted the clock.

Im sure Noz could supply you with a base mapped ecu maybe on an exchange basis or supply the chip for you to fit

Think you might have to have it decoded mate have you tried the usual 0000? Or 1234?. Plenty of places offer radio decoding.

Dont write a good local garage off for this work buddy any decent mechanic will do a water pump change with ease. My local garage did my cam belt and water pump change and i had it checked by Lee and he confirmed it was spot on, main thing apart from getting the belt timing marks correct is the correct setup of the belt tensioner. Again mine was spot on. So if you can get that done locally you can then drive it to jimmer or jeff for a conzult session and a good fettle. They can also check the timing belt setup as well.

I have an na clutch pedal setup on my conversion its nice and light.

I got mine from MJP good quality pattern parts no dear either landed next day too.

I run mine mainly on vpower only because tesco is further away from home than the shell garage and i pass 3 shell garages on the way too and from work. I have run on momentum in the past with no obvious issues. On another note though i used to put sainsburys diesel in my estate for around 6 months untill it started running like a bag of crap. Changed to bp or esso and improved massively. On doing some research i found that some supermarkets blend their diesel with biofuel which i know from bitter experience is not compatible with my hdi engine.

It was down on power, i could hear a boost leak and it felt like it was in safety mode. However as Andy said it doesnt smoke, idles well and smooth plus no edvidence of past overheating. Oil was clean so a good going through clean everything connector wise sort the boost leak and it will more than likely pull like a champ. But again as Andy said without a ramp you can only see so much. If you are interested then i say get yourself in front of the car and drive it yourself. It will scrub up to presentable daily driver level quite easily imo.

So how much is a nice increase for the 2.5" inlet pipes plus dual intake setup on a car with std auto tubs and std injectors please noz

I wanted to do the same and got the same options, so after a quick bit of research it will only be possible to pay by monthly direct debit from 1st Nov ???? How feckin stupid is that, guess ill get a refund at the end of the month for the 6 months I just paid and convert to monthly. I managed to get mine done at 10.30 last night after 2 hours of getting so far and then the damned thing locking up. So again a quick look on their twitter page revealed that they were receiving 6000 request per minute for renewals and had already processed 250,000 up to that point just yesterday, no wonder it was slow.

Hi Guys and Gals If you ever wondered how many ponies your car was putting out?, then here's the ideal opportunity to find out. A friend of mine has organised a Charity Dyno Day at Tuning Developments Ltd in Warrington on the 19th Oct, which just happens to be the Sunday of the Blackpool Illuminations meet. So the crack is its £40 for 3 dyno runs and you get a full printout for BHP etc. There will also be a Pro Valleting company and a Hydro Dipping Company there too as well as a catering van. 10% of all the proceeds go to Manchesters Dogs Home. I was invited initially so asked if more could attend and the answer was yes but we will be limited to numbers on the day. So if you want to book a dyno session then let me know and ill sort it for you. But either way its a good excuse for going to meet up and have a chin wag and see some other clubs cars too. Or get your car cleaned or order some hydro dipped parts and help the wee doggies at the same time. So im going to drive down from Blackpool on sunday morning, anyone fancy joining me ?????.
