My mantra in the wet is if that boost needle goes higher than 0 the twins wake up and thats BAD. i usually turn the boost controller down and just bimble along

i must have just missed you guys sarah. The skyline was just about to go on the dyno when i left. The jag made 468bhp for some reason. Way short of what it was supposed to. They are doing another one i feb and have invited a load of footballer so expect a car park full of lambo's and ferrari's i will be going to that one for sure

I was hoping for more but i have a zedworld chip and Jeff told me at the coventry meet it is rated at 370bhp so cant moan about 364

364.4 bhp for myself and a 366 for princeking. Plus the manifold pressure graph showed it holding a steady 1 bar of boost right through the pull so pretty pleased with that. Time for a trip to Noz now but might get some 555 injectors first.

Well myself and princeking flew the 300zx flag today on the dyno. Lots of admiring looks and comments for our cars and had a great day.

Hi mandy i was sure your headlights were behind me in the car park so when i got to the front i assumed you had joined on at the back. by the sounds of it you probably got through the illuminations before us we had to queue on the south approach for 2 hours or so. It wasnt till we got to that road i noticed you were missing. Sorry hun ill buy you a big bacon butty next time. It was really nice to see you and all the others inc kidda in his new zed and very nice too. In all it took us 4 hours to get to the north pier and then turn round and get to the hotel. Way worse than last year it was really busy. It was that slow Grays wife had time to jump out of the car run into pizza hut to use the loo yhen come out and get back in the car 20yds up the road.

OK, sound about right, im aiming to get there at around 10.30 as well. You are doing the right thing tom I know you think its a hateful red sonofabitch right now but just think about the end result. Your car is superb now with its new paint but with a sorted and blinged engine bay it will be epic. Remember to get a series 2 ptu installed as well. I had every injector and coilpack connector replaced during my engine work and boy did it make a difference. Get a list of all the deletes and get them done too while the plenum is off & replace all the water pipes and rubber hoses you can get at. Since mine was done and the PCV valves changed it starts first time idles at 850, doesn't hunt at idle at all. Peace of mind is great when it comes to your zed.
