Give the number of members with partners & families who also sometimes come to these events we should think about going some stuff thats a bit less "gearhead" to allow these members to bring their families and them have something to do and enjoy it without spending a fortune. I think the RC cars thing is a good idea there was an RC truck track at Tatton park and there were big queue's for it at £5 per go, not saying we should charge for it but it would be popular in my opinion. I could put the Archery on, as an international archery myself I have more than enough suitable equipment to sort this for you. However I would have to check that I am covered on my archery GB insurance though i'm sure it wont be an issue. A marquee with a bar and a band is always a good idea, the entertainment at Lake Z was awesome, again not saying it has to be that sort of standard but booking a local band would not cost much i'm sure. Driving games on a big screen etc etc. Free trade stands would encourage some stalls with shiney stuff on them which cant be bad but then I guess its all about how much the venue is to hire in the first place. BBQ / Hog roast would also be good, at the end of the day if we want more people to attend its got to be about more than just the cars, yes they are the focus but if we just do stuff involving the cars then events might diminish. Look at the different stuff JAE has going on over the weekend, if it was just a show and shine event im sure it wouldn't be as well attended over the whole weekend. The more different stuff you put on the more interest you raise in my opinion. Sitting in a field for 4 hours after detail waxing my car and just talking Zed gets old real quick especially after 3 or 4 previous shows doing the same thing. Some people like that sort of thing and that's fine but its not everyones cup of tea.

Guys & Galls Im just in the planning phase at the moment but I though a good idea for a meeting might be as follows Meet at the Tickle Trout junction, (Preston), on the M6 then drive in convoy to Kelbrook Shooting ground for a 50 clay shooting session. Approx cost is £55 each for the clay shooting which includes tuition and refreshments. Once finished people can disperse as they like or we could find a pub nearby for and after shoot drinky poo or two. Who would be interested ? im after initial numbers. Dicky 96 is planning another meet but ill let him reveal all when he's finished his research. TTFN Ian.

Found a set of instructions for my Blitz EBC and after reading all about it i set about dialling in some new settings. I thought i had inadvertantly changed something before Ten Of The Best boost was dissapointing to say the least. Now with new values dialled in its well..........a banzai nutter once again consistently holding 15psi where before i was getting 7-8 at most. Im once more a happy bunny.
