Well an interesting little jaunt out today i ventured over the border to pick up 300zx Aly for a trip over to Leeds to have a chat with a custom exhaust builder. The brief was to get some info and pricing on having a pair of downpipes and testpipes made to connect up to the exhaust i purchased from Dan. Came away with a very positive outcome in that he can custom build everything from the turbos to the tails no problem all tig welded stainless. He can build whatever config you want inc sports cats and back boxes with various tailpipe options. An estimate for a complete 3" system from front to back inc downpipes from the turbos is in the region of £800 fitted. My quote for downpipes and testpipes in 3" was circa £350. Hes also offered the club a group buy discount so if anyone is thinking of having an exhaust done you might want to consider these guys. He builds the system on the car to guarantee perfect fitment . Im going to get my exhaust done there in the new year as is 300zx aly. So in all a productive morning so now the dilema is do i put the 2.5" veilside setup on my white zed and build the 3" veilside on Zebedee or just fit the new setup on my white zed mmmmmm

You could just laquer them Andy but take the shine off the long parts too otherwise glare will hit you from the sun.

Having seen this car in the flesh even post accident it was very very clear the standard it had been built to. I can confirm it was defo one of the best ive seen and a credit to you Dan. Particularly as you did the majority of the work yourself without a ramp (still amazed at that). Its a bloody shame its now gone because it was an NEC contender hands down. Its good you have a project to move on to mate like i said the other day i would still have been in the suicidal phase it it were my car.

Picked this up recently, going to be one of my builds over the winter needs electronics etc sorting. Ive also got a 4wd IMSA racer to build as well. Keeps me out of mishchief on the dark nights.

Hi guys After picking up the exhaust i bought from Dan im now on the hunt for the 3" components i need for the front end of thr system. So has anyone got a set if divorced downpipes and test pipes they want to part with?.

Is your car a jap import, TT or NA, Manual or auto?. If you give Mike Feeney, MJP autos (in the trader section) a shout with the info he will get you the correct belts for your car

Hi guys Ive got a Mongoose Quad tip cat back exhaust thats surplus to requirements. Its in superb condition ready to bolt on and go. Price does not include shipping id rather you collected it due to size and weight however im sure we can sort something out between us.
