Thanks guys, Looking on ebay theres a few consult for nissans , consult 1 2 and 3 would any work? or do I need consult 1? its slightly confusing for me as ODB is the same thing right? so I would need consult 2 or 1. got to learn somehow ;)

Hi mate, I said that in anger. Ive spent far too much money on her to just bin it. I see Jimmer is it Bristol which is only 90 miles away so will give him a call tomorrow. One more thing during my swapping of groovers ECU when I put mine back im wondering know if the ecu dial is still in diagnostic mode... if it is would that then not communicate with the plug in diagnostic? Just a thought. Also one more thing while im still up scratching my head, im assuming that when the ignition is first turned on the check engine light comes on briefly then goes out? The ecu is fine. Ive done a self one and gives 55 no errors. Trying to find out what the issue is with gearbox since changing oil. The conzult on the drivers side footwell is what they used. 14 pin grey socket.... Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk
