Hi. Purchased some metal door lock mechs to replace the broken brittle plastic ones. Fitted them fine but now can't get the door Handel to close fully. Been at this hours now. And even tried copying the other door but now that's gone the same. Seems to be something to do with the big metal arm which attaches itself to the Handel.

Yes that's how I set it up. With a multimeter but the guide wasn't very clear. Also while I'm here was gonna do a oil and filter change. Due to the hot weather do you think 15/50 would be ok?

Hi I had to remove the TPS yesterday and to set it correctly I used a guide on Google although it wasn't very well explained I think I've managed to do it. But just wanted to check if anyone knew the issues if it wasn't set up correctly. Car idles just below 1000. And seems to change gear ok. Is there a better guide elsewhere or do you think it will be ok?

Thanks chaps. Got hold of the guy exchanged numbers and turns out he has some left so I ordered a pair :). Very nice chap. While I'm here my windows still rattle while half way down is this to do with that bolt thats on the outside of the window?

I can hardly see anything in there ! Rear of the actual lock that's on the side of the door? Is this the cause of my door nit unlocking? Do u have any pics mate? Also where do I get that plastic bit from? Mine is snapped as well

Hiya. When I got my zed it already came with a aftermarket alarm system and imobiliser. An evo 4 falcon. Since having the car the drivers door will lock but I can't unlock. I hear it make the noise but it doesn't unlock. Ive removed the door card and checked the Handel and that works fine. The key however. Doesn't do anything. Having to keep opening from passenger side and reaching over which is getting annoying now. I have found this in the picture but can't see where it goes too. The central locking push pump thing works fine......

Sticky pads.

Stuck on mate with some high bond stuff. Even with a heat gun. Got them off but two are badly chipped. Think il will get some Z stainless ones. The only Downside today is that the bloody security nut has worn and I can't get the stocks off!! Grrr

Thanks guys :). They couldn't get the azev center caps off without breaking them. So I'm thinking of getting some Z center caps. Any idea where's best? EBay?

Hello. I've just purchased a FMIC with pipe work from a member on here. I'm very happy with it and installed it yesterday. During browsing the web last night I noticed a few posts in the Australian forum saying that using these front intercoolers blocks air getting to the radiator and can cause overheating and its recommended that aftermarket smic's are best fitted. Is this anything to worry about? Does anyone run a z32 with FMIC on? And do they have or had any problems? I do have a bonnet vent and vented nose panel which will allow more air to circulate.

Still have this leak in the passenger footwell just in front of the ECU. I have. Inspected the door seal which is fine and also checked all Targa drain holes which run clear. Used a hose with a gentle run of water from the passenger Targa water comes out under bottom of wing. ( Targa drain). Still cant see where it's getting in. Was wondering if anyone has had problems where the battery tray is?

Hi, Not sure if this is normal but ive only just noticed it, starting from cold the Viscous Fan comes on quite high then after about 30 seconds goes off, was wondering if this is normal operation? Also I need to get a aftermarket oil pressure sensor and gauge any idea where best to buy one? or if anyone has one on here for sale? And I need to get my ECU remapped and was wonderin if this will be good for the car and may sort out some issues? or am I wasting my money?
