Yes my brother had one in his old Lotus, I disconnect my battery as well when in the garage.

I have that problem as well, I use oversized washers when you do the nut up it puts just enough pressure to tighten round the terminals. It will be interesting to see how they work Gaz.

Nissan did pass, the alternator went on the jag took every penny I had left, I'm not working at mo so funds short.
