Hi well after moving and a week of terrible weather, I finally went back to see my car yesterday and get on with fixing it, bit of a mess when I went to the garage. Great start, half an hour later. I used the old air con belt and a pair of grips, worked well and crank bolt was undone. Made sure the timing was set, and started to loosen the cam bolts.

Yes nice we are on the list, not sure about other Jap cars but parts prices and only a few specialists will put a lot of people off buying one. Not Me.

I’m doing the gaskets and deletes at the moment, very labour intensive and you need to know what you are doing. Have a look at some plenum pull documents, should give you an idea of how hard it is and work needed and if you like a real challenge.

Hi all, I received my coilovers mid March, all good but I purchased the Arc rust treatment for them, this has not turned up. I keep calling them and emailing every couple of days but no reply. Any help would be appreciated, I hope to fit next weekend.

Car has been running a little rough. Have to stop for now, moving to Essex at weekend, will start again middle next week.

Hi since I smashed up my beautiful Green 1995 300, I have been driving my older 300 most of the time being my only car, I had to take it off the road yesterday fo some major needed repairs. Lucky I still have the use of my brothers 911, seeing he is still living in Hong Kong. I am so embarrassed at how I have neglected my car, but only doing 1 - 2 thousand miles a year and having a bad back (no excuse really) it is now time to sort everything out before the next MOT. Having sold most of the parts I had collected, I have been getting ready with the long list of parts I now need, how the prices have gone up, can’t really believe it. Started stripping her down yesterday, what a mess. The only good thing about so much oil leaking is those areas are rust free.
