  4. True, I'll be glad when the last parts of the zed are gone and I can just enjoy being an onlooker again and offer advise and help when I can
  5. Well said Stella/ vods Sellers aren't always totally to blame and the buyer in my case has admitted this. From now on will be eBay listings, collection only, or arrange your own courier.
  6. Just my 2 p from now on as it's impossible to please every ass on the planet, I will be introducing an arrange your own courier policy. I will no longer be offering shipping on anything. Collection only or organise delivery yourself. That solves any possible issues. Craig
  7. Oh and another point if your coms are so good, why was I not contacted about the address change when you had moved as you knew parts had not been sent as yet??? Door swings both ways mate, as stated buyers create just as many problems as sellers I also had added a complete set of spare hard pipe fixings foc, (not cheap to buy might I add) I'll be glad when your parcel arrives and I don't have to deal with you after this. I've always gone the extra mile to help people on here!! Guess you can't please everyone
  8. I'll type up a proper reply later but seeing as I can post something very quickly, these parts were still on a complete car being broken and as advised the suspension was the last thing being removed as to keep the car a rolling shell for being moved in and out of a garage hense pics taking a long time! This was clearly stated!!! And seeing as the parts you were waiting for we're suspension related, well you do the math!!! As you can imagine breaking a car like mine create a great deal of interest and as also stated I only had weekends to work on the car and also take into account the amount of sodding rain we've have from march to July I'm sure as you can imagine it made breaking the car extremely difficult. Now had you resent pms not been so snotty I may have been able to help sort the situation and I did also apologise for the lateness in comms, having just been promoted to an out bound account manager position I find myself away most weeks! I offered a refund minus delivery which I thought was fair, however you hae a reputation for causing trouble and making mountains out of molehills which is just the case in this situation! As I said you wanted to get snotty so I withdrew my offer to refund, parts are yours and have been shipped and boot refund might I add I offered to hold for you until November will be refunded Wednesday. I have spoken to mods today so no need to go creating another mountain.
