Its much easier with hubs off the car and just grind the edges off, heat the bushes and pull as much of the crap out as possible the get the biggest iron pole you can find and a sledge hammer and smash the rest out. first one too me 3 hours to do and pleanty of swearing second one too ten minutes.

Im not condoning any action's and trying to be inpartial I also believe that yourself and Alan could have handled yourselves better aswell. However this is the problem with forums as you cant read the emotion in words, these words and their intentions can be mis-read. But as i said before i believe the whole situation could have been handled more proffessionally on both sides of the fence but Admins on their own site must always be professional and after all the hard work to try and get the 2 clubs working together I feel this has now been severly hindered. There are some amazing motors and great members on both sites its just a shame that personal conflicts have fractured the 300 owners community even more.

Not the point Gary, I have read whats been put on both forums and I believe this has become a personal conflict between yourself and Alex, And Im sorry but i do not believe Stella helped the situation in any way, However all that aside for committe member on a site to conduct himself in that bad form, reflects badly on everyone who has tried to actually make zxclub a success, on reflection of this I will be standing down as REO/MOD on ZXclub as I do not believe that is the attitude or action needed to promote a long lasting forum and now believe the Owners are detromentally causing the downfall of zxclub as a site. Its such a shame.

I have tried to stay neutral in this and ive spoken to Alex and Gary many times and found you both top blokes and Alex we have bought and sold to each other on many occassions also. However I am not going to get involved in the reasons for the ban but I will comment that "swearing" at anyone via PM or on open forum is not acceptable from any commitee or Mod on any site and I feel it reflects badly on everyone else who has given their own time to help get ZXclub up and running and to try and bring the 300 community together. If in fact this "swearing" and ban took place due to an obvious personality clash then I will say I am ashamed to be an Admin on ZXclub, I would expect from any club a level of professional conduct no matter what site its on! Just my 2P "Gary" if this has happened then I will be the first to appologise on behalf of the members of ZXclub who do believe in some professional curtesy and I hope the matter can be resolved peacefully.

I have no idea tbh fella, Due to all the bickering im just staying out of all of it, and tbh not been posting much on either site anymore. Im keeping my opinions to myself, and just staying out of it. I love the 300 scene and some great beople on both sites, but why we cant just all get along is behond me. Decided ill just offer advice when I can be of help as for the politics on either site i want nothing to do with it anymore. just being friendly and playing nice these days Sorry to hear what happend though.

I would usually say thats a prop issue, not sure on the one piece but does it matter what way up it goes? I know on normal props you can be 180 degrees out which gives you this kind of vibration I had this prob?

I just used the NA pump and bracket with the TT pully on and works fine no faffing or mods to do

get your self a bottle of Forte coolant conditioner, It turns your collant neon green, great for finding water leaks.

How much are you getting fella, as one night after a pretty heavy drive, i stuck some card board under the engine to see how much was coming out and i easily had a good tablesoon of oil over the cardboard, problem is because its blown back over the sump and gearbox its hard to find the exact location of the leak, so gonna start at the rocker covers and work my way down.

yeah thats what mines doing and with it being cold you see teh smoke coming up from the back of the bonnet, it seems to be pretty bad at the min, as im getting alot of oil sitting on the flat part of the sump if that makes sense? i cant see any oil froming from the sump gasket so it must be coming from further up, so im thinking rocker covers is a good place to start.

Cheers guys its a fair bit of oil, at first i thought it was sump but cant see that being the case as I wouldnt have the steam, so I think it may be the rocker covers leaking and it driiping down the back onto exhausts and then onto the flat area on the sump and leaking down.

I need to do a plenum pull to redo rocker cover gaskets as it seems i have an oil leak on the pass side, (burning oil smoke coming up from battery side) I cant see any oil lower down so i think its oil leaking from the rocker cover and burning off on the manifold. I have already done EGR, AIV deletes and water bypass, Can anyone suggest anything else worth doing while the plenum is off?? Im thinking I change the oil feed lines to the tubs while im at it as then thats another future possible prob replaced. I know I need the following but anything else I need 1x Idle control valve at rear of plenum, as mines not working. 1x idle control valve gasket 1x plenum to intake gasket Thanks Craig

Classics, I still download some of it now, hard to get good anime dowloads anymore though and trying to get it on DVD is near imossible for some of it.
