  1. I think cat b car can only be sold to licenced salvage traders anyway
  2. Yes please I'm in, be nice to actually go somewhere in it!!
  3. Hi Mandy, I've not met you yet really I said a quick hello to you at the classic car show in Birmingham. zeebadee is a stand out car for me and a rival for funkysi. Not only a sad thread but sad time for the club a great member with great passion for the car is faced with news like this. Now I'm not religious but my prayers, thoughts and wishes are with you and your family. All the very best Richard x
  4. It loos like a plastic shell stuck on over the top of the original lights. You can see the over lap down the side of the car and the boot shut lines disappear under it.
  5. Graham, if you want I could have a word at work and see if I can get it back to southampton for you. Okay even be able to get it over to the island but can't promise anything.
  6. Got my rear wheels fitted but need to change the profile of the front ones before I can fit them on. But looks great so far!!
  7. These must be the same people who moved into thruxton village and then started a petition to stop the racing on Sunday's as it was disturbing them.
  8. pig posted a topic in For Sale - Parts
Targa panels £30 94 cloth rear bench seat £25 Boot plastics £15 18" 350z wheels £250 or near offer as on has been scratched I also have a brake servo in good working order £25 and a brake master cylinder £15, and starter motor £25 Collection only please
  9. Out of the four you have shortlisted I would go for the freelander as the crv not bad, x3 just no!!. RAV4 is a good car but has no spare wheel so can take hours to sort out a simple roadside puncture. Freelander has the same Diesel engine as the x3 2.0 diesel but will have a better spec than the x5 for the same money. Also if you are looking at the ugly porche thing then I would personally look at the Touareg v10, diesel much more usable than the porche!!
  10. Merry Christmas to all the committee and nearly every member of the forum!! Have a good one and have a great 2015!!
  11. No comparison
  12. Cleaned the collection today
  13. It will be more than likely to be connected to the abc shocks as they go wrong quite a lot, also not cheap to sort out
  14. Is it a c class? If it is, it would most likely be shockabsorbers
  15. Keep it on there mate it fits that car perfectly
  16. Not sure about the interior on these
  17. Or you could limit the speed your car can do by removing the engine
  18. I've sat in one now but not been in a moving one before which is kind of why I bought it as I've been looking at them for years

  22. Picked this up today but I need to replace water pump and cambelt before I can drive it. Feels a bit like joining the dark side but it was very cheap so see how it goes.
