  1. Hello peeps, Myself and Giant Slayer are going to be at the Ace Cafe tomorrow night around 8pm. Does anyone fancy joining us? Crotchrocket? Faisal? Coopers? Anyone?
  2. Thanks. Sounds like a noob question I know, but where do I fill it up?
  3. Yep, those rear wheels (above) look like the fronts did on mine when running 25mm spacers.
  4. As above, light goes out once warm. Does this indicate a problem? What can I do to rectify it? Thanks...
  5. Have a good one mate...
  6. I might be able to make this. Where exactly are we supposed to meet?
  7. all in good time old boy! I need to find a SWB tailgate in red with an aftermarket spoiler. I don't want to spend a shit load on a new spoiler and then get it sprayed as I will then need to spray the whole car...
  8. Yes, as I'm sure you are aware, there are a number of factors that come into question when you are talking about brakes. firstly a bigger diameter disc is going to provide better braking but also adds to the weight (and therfore inertia) which causes issues in acceleration. secondly, the distance that the caliper is from the centre of the hub makes a difference. The further out it is, the more braking power. lastly, the bigger the swept area (the size of the calipers pushing on the disc) the better. this means stock calipers are not going to have the same effect as some 8 pot calipers. Sorry dunk, I know you are aware of these issues. I'm just telling everyone the basics as I am 5 pints of export to the good!
  9. Not with mine, the spoiler is full of water!
  10. sorry forgot to add, the smoke clears up quite a lot once the engine is warm and especially after a long drive. my zed sits around for quite long intervals. I would not worry about it if I was you...
  11. I think white smoke is generally OK, just condensation in the pipes. mine does this all the time...
  12. Nice one Chris! you must be chuffed!
  13. CooperSWB painted his black brembos gold and they didn't look very good. Just leave em black mate. stealth mode...
  14. Stella, this is the best you have picked yet but you would still be dissapointed with this on your driveway. The Zed is sooo much better looking on the outside and the interiors in these R32s are terrible :hurl: I agree that the R32 does look more purposeful than the R33 and it is the one I would go for. WHATEVER YOU DO, don't buy a fookin S4. You nonce!!! lol
  15. peice of cake, just remove the trim on the bootlid and undo a couple of bolts! Am I going to have any problems now I have removed it?
  16. What the hell were Nissan thinking? Why would you add around 2kg of weight to the boot? I should be able to knock half a second off my 0-60 now!
  17. If you need any help with the house move, drop me a PM. I am an independent mortgage broker. Cheers, Mike...
  18. No, don't think so. I think salt off the roads has eaten away at the alu! one of them just came off in my hand!
  19. Look at what I found over the weekend. The aluminium connectioned to the oil cooler have corroded and cracked! Good job I spotted this before the track day!
  20. Hooked the stock solenoides back up over the weekend. Now I am getting up to 9ish psi. It does take a lot longer to spool up when you don't have an EBC. car feels slow! but quite happy to be running some boost and not overboosting for now. Will be trying a working EBC later in the week, will keep you updated...
  21. I've got a pentroof bonnet! it was vented, but the guy before me had the vents filled in because every time it rained the belts would start to squeal!
  22. keep em black, it will look good, like mine!
  23. I love snow, but that does not look like fun!
