my mate has recently imported a celica thats over ten years old, it cost about £1300 in japan. by the time he got it here and paid for all neccessary extras his total price was about £3000.......if you can get it done for £800 it seems very cheap! :confused:

did my u-turn on my test.........last time i,ll ever do one, that was 6 years ago. totally pointless in my mind. infact i was instructed by a cop who ordered me never to do one again once i passed my test! hope you pass next time mate!

i got a combo van that runs on gas, which is unbelievably cheap at 33p a litre! :dance: this got me thinking about doing the zed too. ive had quotes around the £1800 price range, and none have mentioned any probs about converting a turbo car. would be interesting to get others ideas on it though? let us know what kind of prices you get. i have seen the kits advertised on ebay for about £500, but if done by a garage they need to be installed by a "professional".......apparently you can do them yourself though! :confused:

THIS GUYS NOT GENUINE, DONT BUY FROM HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Following on from the promised refund i was getting (c couple of posts back) by the mon/tues, guess what.........didnt get it! filed a complaint with paypal as its obvious he aint gunna cough up. just got an e-mail from paypal saying: "we have given this case in your favour, however when trying to recover your funds the sellers account was only able to pay out £65.77." now i know im not the only one who has ordered and still not received goods from him. so whats he done with all that money hes been paid????????? :confused: getting seriously brassed off with this "trader". im normally a very nice easy going person, but this guy is really pushing me to the limit..........im thinking of taking a drive from scarborough to warrington to have a chat! also beware he has just started advertising in the Jap Performance mag as OP Performance...........dont get ripped like i unfortuanatly have :cry:

if your interested theres a guy in scarborough called Radbodystyling that has just quoted me for my zed. to do full respray in same color (red) and sort out rust on rear arch and also spray door seals he only wants £600.00. ive seen plenty of his work and it looks pretty good. can get his number if you want? cheers,gaz!

had same prob with my auto(s!), box kept packing up. eventually got a manual conversion which cost £1500, roughly same as the cost to have an auto done. might be worth thinking about? gaz.
