  3. Added ya and another fella just now :cool3:
  4. You can get caliper rebuild kits from http://www.z1motorsports.com Guys on here are talking of a group buy at the moment so you could get in on that you're looking at about 40USD for all new seals etc.
  5. *daylight.... seriously dont buy a dell laptop.
  6. Nope... i'll investigate wiring in dayling for ya, can draw up a circuit diagram if u want?
  7. Nope... where head/tail light wire heads off towards tail cut it and install a relay, same with + wire from brake pedal switch, put in another relay, run both relays on same trigger wire to your switch, job done.
  8. Somewhere warm? well ... i suppose i could go outside?
  9. Been a while since i've been in there, i've got all my trim out of my boot at the moment so ill have a look in daylight for ya. 530am right now lol
  10. It does vary between JDM and international markets it seems from stuff i've read, i'm going off my personal experiance with JDM cars only.
  11. *Stayed the same throughout production to my knowledge but the TT got the bigger brakes due to its extra grunt, you may also have master cylinder differences, it's stamped on the side of it, if you have a BM-57 use that.
  12. n/a brake set up will do the job for now but wont be as effective The TT brakes differ in that they have different offset discs as you mentioned, the discs arte also slightly thicker and a larger diameter. The calipers are also mildly wider to sllow for the fatter disc and have longer mounting wings to fit around the larger diameter discs, you could run the TT discs, you will just have to run the matching calipers. n/a discs are 280mm Off top of my head the tt are somewhere between a 295-297
  13. Only way you're going to be able to do that is by seperating all the rear light grounds from the main loom cut them out completely, then rub it through your relay to an independant earth. The way i previously mentioned requires 2 relays, but you trigger them off the one switch.
  14. *can be solved, ahh you get the jist, i really should subscribe so i can edit lol drives me mad.
  15. I'd simply put that down to the fact they worked as intended, the brake cooling design to the wheels worked well, noting that can't be solved with some good brake ducting if you run other wheels though.
  16. As long as your front wheels are same offset as standard then it will generally improve with lower profile tyres. standard wheels are too small in the arches. but each to thier own.
  17. it's earthed elsewhere in the loom, you're better off splicing it nearer the headlight switch and just make it so it cuts off the tail/plate lights. then another that disconnects the brake light switch @ the pedal, pick the correct switch though as one runs into the cruise control. for a cheap plate flipper, hack up an electric fold in mirror. Not that i condone such behaviour :tt2:
  18. She likes them, she doesn't understand why people hate on them... It's just easier not to get into the "discussion" lol
  19. Well heck when ya over next you're more than welcome to cruise around in my Z mate, can't have you getting withdrawels.
  20. Cheers mate :D The missus learnt the lesson of buying your first Z and enjoying having the targa's out a little too much. Looks a bit like a lobster. :p
  21. Been getting back into my photography again and my mate wanted some pics of his "deathrace" themed levin (was all vinyl'd up for the cannonball run) Still much to learn and the car was a bit grubby but thought some may like to see the pics so enjoy... :cool3:
