Oh yes definately i do filter but only to an extent, i will never outright abuse somebody and swear at them etc, anything i post i would gladly say to the persons face, not saying that to be all tough, just saying i don't see it as offensive, i'll filter a bit more as not to upset members here, but i'm only going to do that so much or i'm simply not getting my opinion across in the way i intend.

I know that wasn't directly targeted at me, but none the less i'd like to clarify everybody has thier own tastes and i can respect that, ie... if i don't like somebodys car i'm not going to diss it because it's thier car and they can do what they please with it. I call it how i see it though, if somebody is going to get offended by a comment i make that is my opinion on the internet, then quite frankly they can build a bridge, start a group, whatever helps them sleep at night. I'm not going to be all polite and smiley faces to not seem rude, because it would undermine my opinion to do so. I'm not going to be intentionally rude to somebody for the sake of it, but if somebody is being a complete moron, or are argueing thier point when i know for a fact they are completely and utterly wrong. Am i meant to sit here and somehow politely say, you're are completely wrong, i have already in a previous post proved this and yet you still contest it (smiley face) I'm actually a very nice person, i understand i can be percieved as blunt abrasive and sometimes rude, it's pretty hard to get yourself across properly through words on a screen, and i don't think making my point then somehow lessening that point with politeness and smiley faces achieves any purpose whatsoever.

Alot of people will tell you things are impossible with z's and can't be done, really depends how determined you are, everybody said i couldn't remove my EGR with the motor in, took all of 2 minutes once the plenum was off. Just put the steel line on and hang the slave cylinder there, hook up the other end to the clutch master, put the box on put the slave on bleed it good to go. Havn't seen any step by step write up, it's pretty straight forward. Perhaps google for a skyline or silvia manual conversion how to, far more likely to find something and the same process.

You did put the metal backing plates in when you changed the pads right? without those you will get pad rattle and funny noises.

Personally i think it's a bit tacky, but each to thier own, i've never done any upholstery whatsoever in my life and i redid all my tweed cloth with black vinyl and it came out mint, only about 20-30 quid of vinyl too.

How much more clear can we be. GOVERNMENT..... PAID.....EMPLOYMENT. TAX... PAYER.... FUNDED COSTS... MINIMAL... You will not get a pay rise if you do it'll make no difference within a year as expenditure goes up... if you care about people and thats what you want to do great, don't get me wrong i appreciate the healthcare service, especially when i got knocked off my bike on the motorway and got ploughed into the back of a stopped van at 60mph... they scraped me off and patched me up and here i am. Yes i do agree you are underpaid, yes i do agree you should make more, but it simply will not happen to any significant degree, is an extra grand a year or something really going to make much difference? no it isn't. Life is shit, figured that out long ago, and i would have topped myself long ago if i didn't live for the good times... because they are rare but they are what sticks. The end.

I'm just going to be really blunt here. Simple and to the point 1. People whinge and moan when you want a pay rise, because you are taxpayer funded. 2. Nurses do not get the pay they deserve 3. Nurses will NEVER get the pay they deserve. due to my earlier reasoning of thier is no money to be made by big wig pen pushers. as it is government funded. 4. Life is a bitch and then you die.

If healthcare is such a underpaid sector, why would you go through all the qualifications knowing the pay rate? why not pick a different career? Failing that why not get a job at a private hospital or gp/clinic or something instead. If you feel you are being severely underpaid and overworked, do something about it. Hell i used to work the vineyard pruning season, for 4 months doing 70-80 hour weeks, making $1300nzd pw (hollowpoint can probably put that into pounds roughly?) physical labour work, but i make enough that the rest of the year i can build cars and motorbikes and play video games. :donatello:
