I prefer the illumination in red personally anyway but white would also be a good choice and could easily be connected to a switch or even the reverse lights for legal/mot purposes.

Absolutely love 4 door r32's!! Most people don't even double look at them but there is just something about them. Any pics of your old one?

It should be powering up but only after the ignition is turned on, although I had an issue before when it wouldn't turn on and it turned out I needed to press the reset button on the head unit.

Probably because asda doesn't do super unleaded, well not in my town anyway.

From what I was told by 2 very respected members, about £2300, but it will need more money to get it up to scratch. For a start it needs a little bit of body work (welding and a bit of paint), and the engine is not pulling quite as hard as it should be.

I was interested in this, so asked a couple of members to go and have a look for me. Let me put it this way, it would make a good project but its not quite what the owner says it is.

Its a tough decision that really only you can answer mate. As lexx said, you already know the ins and outs of your current Zed and what does and doesn't need doing. If its a shorty you have your heart set on though then that's what your always going to pine for. The only thing I can say is that there is a limited number of Shorty's and an even smaller number of well cared for ones, so you will have to choose very very carefully when they finally do come up for sale.

No I'm not kidding. Firstly, I'm not a very well off person, my wages haven't gone up now in 4 years and due to the shit state of this country and the price of everything rising, my savings have dwindled to next to nothing so I can't really afford to just drive up and down the country to just go and look at cars that could turn out to be piles of shit. Secondly as Stephen stated the internal transport system in the UK is ****! If I wanted to take the train to see this Zed I would have to travel for around 6 hours and still would end up about 40miles short of its location, not to mention that it would cost me over half a weeks wages. If I am lucky enough to belong to such a fantastic club that the other members are happy to help and offer a non tainted personal view then I am more than happy to except the help and extremely grateful too.

The led idea is easily sorted, I work at a DJ equipment company and can sort out nearly any kind of lighting. Group event and something to get noticed can be done together by doing it in fancy dress or something like that.
