  1. Glad you enjoyed your first day mate, hope this one works out for you. So I take it your zed isn't stalling anymore? Its all coming together for you mate, great start to the new year
  2. :lol::lol::lol:
  3. Just noticed the bit under your name
  4. Thought you were going to bed mate, you've got work tomorrow! Good luck with the new job mate, hope it all goes well for you mate, you deserve it.
  5. Sorry to see this, hopefully there won't be any damage underneath the bumper.
  6. You've got it up and running then?
  7. To be honest, if it wasn't for that stupid enormous shift light it wouldn't be as bad but there are better dials out there. This one just seems like the typical generic Chinese tat that eBay is flooded with.
  8. I bought these a couple of years back for my old TT but they were never used, so are brand new. Can't remember what I paid for them but happy to take reasonable offers. What you get is what's in the picture...
  9. Looks a bit cheap and tacky to me
  10. Happy new year to everyone!!! May it bring you only good things!!!!
  11. I've tried si...... Its almost impossible to get a good rhythm going :lol:
  12. Cheers guys. Alan, will try the almonds and yogurt but can't stand fish :), my thought were eat lots of protein as that's what body builders eat to promote muscle repair and growth so lots of chicken and milk :) Joel, won't be working on the zed at all as its too f#@king cold and I still have a large amount of sound gear that needs testing, repairing and listing (plus got forza horizon 2 for Christmas so will be completing that in no time :))
  13. Thanks for the best wishes guys. Big mincey... I test, repair and dispatch DJ and club install equipment, which a lot of the time is quite heavy to move and lift. The only reason I've been told to take 2 weeks off is because when my shoulder dislocated, it was as the hospital said quite severe and tore lots of the muscles. The reason I can't drive is because if I was to have an accident my insurance would be voided due to the type of injury. Thought I'd add a PIC of my xray...
  14. Before any one jumps to conclusions, no I haven't been banned for being a bellend :) The other night I was preparing some sound equipment that I sell as a side job for extra cash, I had just listed about half and was putting it away upstairs before going down to do some more. As I was going down the stairs I had a little accident :( I must have slipped about half way and went down head first. Luckily I didn't hit my head so at least my last few remaining brain cells are still OK :) Unfortunately I put my arms out to stop me and as soon as I hit the bottom I realised straight away that I had dislocated my right shoulder, ouch! After 6 hours of waiting to get to hospital and waiting to be seen, my shoulder had finally been put back back in (with the help of some very nice drugs :) ) Now I've been told that I cannot go to work for 2 weeks and I cannot drive for a minimum of 6 weeks :( Great late Christmas present and a fantastic start to the new year. Luckily after speaking to my boss he has been very understanding and generous and has offered to pay my usual wages even though I can't work which has taken a massive pressure off me and my missus. Really not looking forward to 2 weeks of utter boredom ahead of me now!
  15. I'm not too far from you Russ although I don't like you very much  Your welcome to come and try it on my shlt box if you want.
  16. Merry Christmas mate
  17. To answer rich, yes it was on a national speed limit road, I pulled on at speed and was at 70 pretty much straight away with the police in the rear view, I stayed at that speed all the way and then got pulled over 10 miles later. This said to me (which I stupidly said to the coppa) that he must have been speeding to catch up with me. I also stupidly said as there was only cop that surely he couldn't prove anything as it was his word against the 3 of us in the van. I think the lesson to learn is not to be a cheeky c#*t. To answer birds question. I have been on a classic policy now for nearly 4 years as a daily driver so I reckon there is no chance of getting my ncb back now.
  18. I miss that zed everyday! It was by far the best car I ever owned and as soon as you drove off in it I regretted selling it! Have been keeping my eyes open hoping it would turn up again and would be happy to buy it back again if you were ever tempted to sell it on, if not, would love to be kept up to date on any work or mods you have done to it.
  19. I've always run tyres at 32, be it 16's,17's,18's or 19's whatever the width. It just feels more in tune with the road.
  20. Would you paint it in primer
  21. Maybe I'm not on a classic policy then, I'm going to have to check my paper work to get to the bottom of it, just assumed it was as I haven't accrued any ncb. To be fair my policy is a bit more than it has been for the last couple of years but just put that down to prices going up. I do however still have a claim on my record due to a thieving **** nicking my old saph, but all my points have now gone (strange I get no points from driving my zed but got caught 10mph over the limit in a transit :) ).
